IAM doesn't post communications unless it passes the legal department dude....IBT afraid of the truth?
NMB posts weekly updates usually 2 weeks behind schedule,last one listed is for 1-20-2006.why don't you call them?

It happened when Piedmont and Allegheny merged, the ibt forced an election for the stock clerks and 50%+1 failed to vote and they were decertified and became non-union with no contract.

Just mailed in 40 cards for this reason. fill out card then don't vote. Cant wait for the vote so we can get rid of both of you (ibt/iam). Both are liars, steal, self-serving. I get better representation by having none.

and this time is would be the dead weight not by seniority. AWA did it in 95 got rid of a lot of dead weight. back then awa just cut to much and had to hire back but (at lower pay).

It was confirmed at a meeting with Mr Henegway the non-union hanger folks had set up with him. I'm not sure on the spelling, but I guess he is the chief company negotiator. IMO from what I've heard from reliable sources alot of IAM mechanics have turned in IBT cards, not to mention almost all of the non-represented west folks I know. If true, then IBT will have enough cards to have an election called. Let the campaigning begin.

penison comes out of the IAM TRUST in which the company has to put
so much percent of your hourly wage. Plus you will have a 401k
2 penisons.

hell management says the get 30 to 80 percent if they meet their goals.

can you explain this too me? I am not a ramper but someone who would love to see cetain cities get back US rampers...I do not believ ein outsourcing and am not familiar with the contract you have that allowed this...
