The zealots over there don't care how much usapa spends, or how low it stoops.

It should be noted that all of my postings are purely my own opinions, and I'm no spokesman or representative of USAPA on any level, But: The day comes that I ever deny any west person a jumpseat's the day I'll first listen to anyone out west about "how low" to "stoop" 🙄 ..and that's but one item.

The fact that AWAPPA hides behind the 18 should be instructive to anyone contemplating supporting such.

1) Not in the least. Thwarting, in any way, the potential triumph of the west's obscene position is beyond price....period. This is, to me, an issue of morality and principal. I was never very adept at placing any monetary value on such.....

Pretty much, although I've no longer even the slightest concern for what any of you think as to "right or wrong", as that's been made fully evident this past year and counting. "I want the captain seat..and most of all...I want every single east pilot to pay for it!" 😉 As melodramatic as this sounds; I believe the west position's one of legitimate evil, in that the truest roots of evil lie in the purest possible selfishness, and provide the inevitable results of greed, wholesale disrespect for others...and the fine sort of distress/"warfare" seen hereabouts. No matter really: Both sides believe themselves to be right...and here we all are 😉

Addendum: I believe any "lost wages" to be nonsensical fantasy, as I've no possible reason to even imagine any acceptable contract was at ALL achievable, nor will be until the east's comes up for negotiation. I've never really understood where anyone gets their fantasies to the contrary.

Sir, in what means did you "fire off" a grand after reading a post. Did you mail it, charge it? I am convinced that you did "fire off the grand", I am curious on the vehicle you used for the transmission of said funds.

What possible significance could this question have?

I fired off my donation through paypal, using a credit card. I then paid the credit card bill. Perhaps he did the same. Again, who frigging cares?

2) While your entire posting of quoted snippets was intentionally made without the slightest, proper contextual reference for any of the contained observations, (I thought you were against that type of thing) 😉 which were actually directed at the inherent insanity of the nic, the wholesale dysfunction of nic as a supposed soothsayer/etc, or how insane anyone would be to want to place these groups together operationally.....no matter = Spew away at your pleasure. Doesn't fret me, as I'm hardly any diplomat myself, and have oft stated the reasonable requirement for thick skins around here. Where I feel we differ, and like to personally draw the line's at the demarcation zone into the world of hypocrisy......

If awesome allegiance and support's proved by sending a single dollar to a "righteous cause"....well...it's certainly indicative of an interesting level of fierce and firm "commitment"..especially when one factors in the added cost of a stamp 😉

Metroyet: I'm sure your thousand bucks is appreciated...That's especially impressive for someone who, when asked if AWA was their first choice of airlines, or just represented the best job they could actually get, answered that s/he never said s/he worked at AWA.

Still using that worn out quote I see. It's all you have and you cling to it to my true amazement. Your comment about our position being one of evil is over the top. You should be ashamed of yourself making a statement like that.

This whole situation stems from the east side entering an agreement to use a merger policy which included arbitration. You entered willingly and told our side that we would have to honor the arbitrator's decision whether we liked it or not.

You then cried foul when the decision didn't go your way. You did not honor your agreement/contract with us. You went as far as to start your own "union" in order to further your interests.

I call those actions dishonorable. As wrong as I believe your actions to be I don't say they are evil. I respect the fact that your side is looking out for itself, however misguided.

Your comment is extremely offensive but I see it as one of pure desperation.

I am so looking forward to the first week of May.

We differ, as I've zero inherent respect for any entity that's merely "looking out for itself". but..it little surprises me that you would have respect for such, since that appears to me to be the only "moral"basis for the west's entire "Righteous Position" 😉
