Stop honoring my committments. Stop living up to my agreements. Start seeking my own advancement by taking from my fellow employees.
I suppose I could do that, then I would fit right in at USAPA.
On second thought, I will just remain apart from that organization.
But, in regard to wether the mechanics, or F/A's, or dispatchers, got DOH. I have another to add.
The CEO's got DOH, as did all upper management ( which about 80% has AWA on their resume) and that DOH is the same for all of them, they are all listed in every financial description as with the company since 2005. Yes. Parker, Kirby, Lakefield, all have the exact same DOH.
Perhaps that is the solution, we go DOH and everyone has the same DOH. Our seniority is determined by the position we held pre-merger. Wait.. USAPA would never buy off on that because it would look exactly like the NIC, and would foil their plans of taking what they did not have pre-merger.
Okay, I know, we determine seniority by our 2005 W2. No that would not work either because it would also closely resemble the NIC.
