The entire ALPA BOD looked at what the East had to say, they examined the Nicolau, and then forwarded it to the company who accepted the Nicolau. So your opinion is just that, an opinion.


I attached the Brucia dissent below. He goes out of his way to praise Nicolau, the other neutral, and the final product.

A jury of 12 read the award and didn't agree with you. That was your only crack at getting a jury to hear your case. Next time it will be a federal judge and that time is now with the company's declaratory action.

You're under LOA 93 now and until you decide to accept what you are bound to accept.

The Nicolau was Exhibit B, admitted on Day 2 of the trial. The jurors had plenty of time to read it. Nobody outside of the East thinks it's unfair. Nobody. Not even your own pilot neutral, Brucia.

I never said it would only be the west compromising. I've got ideas but it's a waste of band with to throw them around here ... Unless both sides sit down together and agree that they will abandon the approach they have been taking and move on ... it's futil...

Watching Lemmings commit tragic mistake after mistake is amusing at first. But after a while we begin to shake our heads. In fact, I believe a majority of the pilots East and West are professionals and working together shouldn't be a problem. And we are all being held back by Usapa's missteps. Continue if you will. But dont complain about it in your USAPA Updates. You've put yourself in the corner. Stop blaming others for your downtrodden attitudes.

Do you think its OK for a furloughed pilot to return ahead of an active pilot? Your leadership didnt think it was fair and that is why the two sides agreed to it in the T/A. Your group elected them to make decisions for YOU. Live with it.

my opinion is ALPA should of stepped in and said that the NIC doesn't meet ALPA merger policy. When was the last itme yoiu had a neutral disagree with the arbitrator? NEVER.....

ALPA and prater should of said this doesn't meet ALPA merger policy.... Windfalls and diminished career expectations are still part of the merger policy..

but they didnt' live up to their agreement either...

I absolutely want every west pilot to keep his/her PHX seat. I never advocated anything different.

That was captain on a f28... Allegheny hired captains of the street for the m298, it's all revelent neither paid anything.

What you should have done has everything to do with what is happening now. Had you honored the system you agreed to use and the resulting binding arbitration we would not be in court.... but we are.

The Nic WILL be part of the next contract or there won't be one.

We are fighting to the end and you may well be living with LOA 93 until the end.

You don't need to negotiate. You need to honor your agreements. Aside from that, fly safely at the lowest pay in the industry.

I was there, believe me, Wake bent over backwards and allowed nothing but 10 days of crying about how "unfair" the Nic was even though the trial had *nothing* to do with the Nic award. You guys are on the losing side of the Law, Integrity, and Common Sense. That's why it took less than 2 hrs. for a Jury to convict. It has NOTHING to do with Wake, Arizona, or any other perceived bias. You're wrong. That's the sum total of the conspiracy. You're wrong.

Nobody on the West side is one Iota timid of another Jury trial. Can't say the same about Team $e$ham.

We furlough a 1000 pilots, I don't think any of us will be flying anything for LCC. That's 80+ hulls according to my figures.

I would hate to assume that you speak for the entire east but it's probable. I believe that Parker is somewhat afraid of your side otherwise he would just tell you that he already accepted the Nic and you had better move on. Summary: The east is suicical and Parker has no stones.
