NOW, the "PLAN" OK guys so we just messed up the ripeness thing( No big deal 2mil+ GOLF OUTINGS, hey we'll get the 9th, someone we know has cousins and relatives there), to tell us when they vote their "PROPOSAL " in we got em , It'll be OK That FEDERAL ARBITRATION THING, yea we know the EAST would have caved but hey, look guys another 3 mil will help! MM! JOHN LENNON, IMAGINE! GREAT TUNE!

Bottom line, I have the law, the means, and the will on my side. So if any usapa proposal that does not contain the Nic, unmodified and to its terms is ratified by the "tyranny of the majority", the fake union will find itself in front of another judge with an unimplemented list in one hand ( the smoking gun) and a ripe DFR in the other.

Hey nic4,

NIC won't even exist after the "en banc" is denied and Wake dismisses. That was ALPA. ALPA is gone!

I know how 'hell bent' you are that NIC be included in Section 22 of any CBA USAPA puts forth, but you're going to be sadly disappointed.

Tell you what though.....how 'bout this........We'll see if we can get USAPA to agree to a clause in Section 22 that states all West pilots (and East too....gotta treat everyone equally) shall receive a nicely framed copy of the famed, yet ill fated, NIC award!

No promises though.......I can't guarantee ALPA will release the copyrights!......but then again, if we give them full credit where credit is due, maybe they'll spring for the framing expense!

RSVP, NO I don't think ALPA will agree after MDA, they won't have MONEY IN THE BUDGET,(DESPITE THEIR OTHER WHOES) to spring for anything! MM!

I'm thinking that after the MDA guys get done with 'em, they won't be able to afford it.

MUTATIS,

The MDA law suit is going to blow the westies minds. We in the east have so much to look forward to late this year. The LOA93 pay restoration.............recalls from furlough............and our lump sum payout Jan. 1, 2011. Some day in the future the westies will realize what J. Freund was trying to tell them at Wye River (and was told to go home) about risk! Younger and smarter was a real mistake. The desert judge took them as far as he could. Best friends can create problems......

Hate

OH , my man hater, how could you even spew such blasfamiss things at WYE river, when we read on unbiased facts( YEA RIGHT !FACTS BIASED ALOT BUT HEY , THEY CONTINUE TO BELIEVE IT! WHAT THE #@$%! REMEMBER, THE UNITED AND ALL THE REST OF THE PARANORMAL CLAIMS, WHATEVER!) THAT YBS CROWD, BUT HEY THOSE WEST ATTORNEYS WIN OR LOSE GET THEIR PAY! MM!

Now that the company has finally acknowledged that they are going to need to recall this year, has anyone heard any detailed info regarding this? Finally some good news, it will be nice to be working again.

This guy asked a question on recalls and it seems that nobody cares about the furloughed pilots. We all need to stop the continuing fighting among us and really work on getting a contract which we can all benefit from, sometime in my lifetime.............

If we had an answer, we would have given it to him. In the crew news session in PHX, Doug said something about MAYBE before the end of the year, depending on economic conditions.

I'm with you on the contract. It ain't going anywhere until all the frivolous petitions are dealt with.

When I was flying for a commuter we used to go through DCA every day, UA worked us. One day and old worn out F/O in his Columbo look a like tan uniform and I struck up a conversation. He told me"Son , whatever you do, don't go to work for this God forsaken airline! I've been here 17 years and am still a 727 F/O."
That guys was clueless. 727 f/o is the best job there ever was! No walkarounds. No responsibility. Something like 2 items on the checklist. Every other landing. Even in the sim, the captain and engineer work the problem and the f/o flies in circles over a fix. Hard to believe they actually got paid for that! ;)

WOW, YOU WERE A 727 F/O OR DID YOU KNOW ONE? MM!

You are right about getting a contract oldie? Bringing all the guys will be a good start. With all the extra flying , 60+ flying international, New FAA duty times, retires, and I heard that they added four B757 aircraft to the east fleet and taking delivery of the more A330's early Jan2011, this alone should have all the guys back.

It doesn't matter how good a job is if it's not where you want to be.
