Between Parker and his issues, and now this( which apparently hit a raw nerve) we better have the company roll out Sully and Skiles and clean up the corporate image again..................
No, not a raw nerve. You're just annoying.

You've already chummed the board with that twice and it never took hold.

Like I said, give it a rest.

Unless you want to talk about your pilot that uses a gun to settle property line disputes. Or how about the one that threats to use a crash ax. Or how about the one that shoots airplanes, etc, etc.

I'm also interested in that. Would the poster have supported placing a 3 month new hire at AWA ahead of Delta's people with 16 plus years on the line?

the questionwas asked of the gentleman from Delta, as to how well he'd have appreciated the above posted situation...not you. When you start speaking for all Delta pilots as well as "the rest of the world", as is the norm for the west's arrogance...then fine.
I did not speak for, I ASKED questions that you have chosen to ignore.

You keep raising that money HP. You are all going to need it. Since USAPA showed up, they've got nothing out of us. Same goes for you. Have a nice night,
Just a matter of time before you guys are paying damages.

Why don't you go look up tort.

What East conveniently leaves out is that fact that those guys were FURLOUGHED.

So putting a west guy in front of an east guy that wasn't even on property works for me and it worked for Nic.

But East's fight has long been decided.

Case is closed.

 Oh I don't know about that! How about a 3 year extension on LOA93 payrates and work rules? I'd say USAPA has handed the company hundreds of millions of dollars straight out of your Eastie pockets right into Doug Parker's Paradise Valley Estate. AND.....AND!!! you flat out INSIST that Parker keep on collecting!

USAPA HAS COST YOU MORE MONEY THAN ALPA COULD HAVE IN AN ENTIRE CAREER.

For a while, there were a lot of rumors floating around about an acquisition of jetBlue by Delta. I advocated that they should be integrated by ratio among the MD88 pilots (they didn't have Embraers at the time). Their years of service was, and is, irrelevant. The seat the brought to the merger is where they should fit in the new list. No net gain for the jetBlue guys, no net gain for the Delta guys. Isn't that a simple concept?

BS. I was referencing people with continuous service. Obviously you're "fine" with anything that suits the selfishness of your group....like placing a 3-4 year AWA person ahead of an east pilot with say, 20 plus years of conitnuous service.

Since the "fight has long been decided"...um..why are you west folks even bothering with all of this?

You people out West amaze me. I hope the East pilots will stick by their guns even if the doors close.

Yes the West people never cease to amaze. Turn an upstart into a major in 6 years. Weather a bankruptcy and rebound into the 8th largest airline in the country. Survive the post 9-11 economic disaster for airlines and buy the 7th largest airline, saving it from bankruptcy liquidation.

Now the West pilots amaze me even more. 26 years without a fatal accident. 1800 plus professionals working for the travelling public, and maintaining a safe operation, even after 2 years of hostile attacks from an association elected to discriminate against them, and 5 years of backward mobility so the very people who are attacking them can make gains at their expense, with the aid of the company.

I too "hope the East pilots will stick by their guns", however detective Callahan-"I know what your thinking, in all the comotion, did he fire 5 or 6 shots?...well being this is a 357 magnum....the most powerful handgun in the world...what they need to ask themselves is ...do ya feel lucky?"....well do ya p....?

The doors are not going to close on account of these whiners throwing tizzy fits, unwinable grievences and USA today adds at the company. They are helping the company by keeping labor cost at rock bottom levels, and as soon as it no longer is in the companies best intrest to play along with usapa's illegal scam, then the company will put them in their place and the pilots here will send the losing, illegal, moronic ideas of Bradford and Seeham packing. Then the company may indeed close the doors, but it will have absolutely nothing to do with anything the east pilots "stuck by". Quite the contrary.

My apologies to Clint Eastwood.

Problem is this- you helping maintain them is costing you too. Parker is loving this one.

Parker is not the enemy. The Mike Cleary USAPA machine is the enemy of ALL US Airways pilots. Nothing is costing more to the pilot group than USAPA

The west bears the responsibility for helping maintain LOA 93. I see you trot out your boogeyman Seham again. There is a chance the divide will remain. Only it gets' flipped upside down this time. "they are helping the company by keeping labor cost at rock bottom levels." That is right out of your LOL book. Your group, with all of its' integrity was the only carrier to let this happen. It will rear its' ugly head to haunt you soon enough.

I deal with employment law every day, have been for 20 years,

Did your counsel tell you there was no chance of even a possible plea bargain from the DA?...20 Years of that seems like an unusually harsh sentence for anyone......

...and what does "20 years" mean anyway?...Is there some slight logical slippage taking place here? Since when do years of work in a given field denote experience worth any degree of consideration to you?

What part of: Your touting that your personal experience magically has value...but refuse to deem any/all others worthy of similar notions..Don't you "Get"?

PS: Although it wouldn't ever come to pass: I'd MUCH rather actually BE working at Home Depot than to be stuck with your situation.....I simply can't even imagine a life more filled with high adventure and romance than what you, and I'm happy for you, evidently enjoy...
