You made my point. You wish for the East to have failures, which will ultimately come home to roost in your nest. Then Seham and Cleary, USAPA will be the scapegoats. You all had your chance to get a deal and move forward. Wye River was the point in history where your collective greed cost 250 people their livlihood. Explain that to them.

So the super senior are willing to maintain the status quo in order to deliver the merely senior (junior to the rest of the world) their entitled attrition? On the basis of what precedent do you suppose this would stand if a contract was presented for vote? Are the super senior just being protected from themselves by being denied a vote? The senior have thrown the junior under the bus for as long as buses have been available and will continue to based on past practice.

No, the contract will be provided with Nic in place and endorsed by USAPA. The senior (under USAPA provided cover) will vote with the West in the privacy of their own homes.

I can't say what day that will happen, but I'm sure there's a judge in Phoenix who knows what the limit of his patience is, and he could likely tell you.

You are very close to the epicenter of the west issues. The west has a few attorneys/pilots that are smarter than everyone including Freund. The co-founders and the new PHX Vice Chair have taken the west group into deep waters. They had a life boat in the desert judge but that is about to sink! Aquaman isn't going to save the day. Learn to live with what you have.......it is all you are going to get! Daddy is about to take the car keys away!

The west does not have 250 furloughs. Check the facts before spewing hate. The west had zero furloughs in this last round.

Has something changed in the last three months with the ninth that all of a sudden you guys think that it is a good sign for the east? The ninth has not stayed the injunction it is still in full effect like the day USAPA was found liable for DFR.

If the ninth thought that judge Wake got it wrong they would have stayed the injunction to remove the harm. If the ninth thought that this case was not ripe or they wanted to save themself's some time (it is an expedited appeal) they would take the easy way and follow most of the case law, read the facts in the most liberal way and find it not ripe. Easy, peasy simple and quick. We would have had a ruling by now. Take a look, all of the case that were heard the same day as us have been decided.

No boys and girls the court is writting a very detailed and narrow decision that will find this case ripe in this situation only. They don't want to create problems for themselfs but they do find a problem with USAPA. Very soon we will get a ruling upholding the federal judge and agreeing that USAPA is liable and Seham was wrong from the start and Bradford was wrong for beiliving him and the east pilots were wrong for following these dangerous people.
