Anyway, back to reality.
Turns out the PHL VC is "pissed off" that this release went out without approval from the BPR. Sounds like Cleary and Theur took it upon themselves to send this out.
Don't believe me, go over to the forum at http://cactuspilot.com/ and check it out. He's participating in the discussion thread.
Sounds like Cleary's days are numbered.

LOA 93 is beating the east down....can't hang on much longer. Many in the east now want to see a contract, even if it means Nic.
USAPA's case was weak - your own pilots stated in emails and blasts that there were no snapbacks.
9th will deflate east's moral even more than USAPA
MDA is dead. Nothing until July then the judge will rule and MDA will be no more.
Can you believe 3 extra years on LOA 93.
Integration with UAL will involve their list and Nic - nothing else.
ALPA can't and won't do anything.

You are in a desert dream! Beat down and can't last much longer. That is a good one! The LOA 93 issue is straight forward...........I talked to DB and he feels very confident. USAPA did a great job.
MDA........ALPA doesn't want this thing going to trial. Watch what ALPA does? So far we are only out $3000 each.
The 9th will not change Labor Law...........Bybee would love to...........Tashima and Graber will do the right thing. This will be very devistating for the westies and your co-founders. Freund tried to tell you. Vasin sparred with Wilder and got spanked. Your desert judge turned this into his hobby. WOW, you guys owe alot of money. I would say you are making your lawyers wealthy. That's right you still owe them big bucks. Maybe we will try to get you parity with us on the LOA 93 pay restoration.

Well as long as he FEELS like they did a good job than I guess that will trump the law any day. Of course it is straight forward, it is a loser for USAPA. Man you guys are going to be disappointed when this fails.

WOW $3000 EACH? Really! I count about 239 at $3000= $717,000.000 and you have gotten what so far? But now that discovery has started that bill is going to increase by a bunch. Maybe $4000 each will put your minds at ease. No ALPA does not want it to go to trial they want it dismissed before then. Learn the word summary judgment.
How excited do you think the judges are to change arbitration law for the entire country and everything that uses arbitration?
Riddle me this batman. It the law is on your side and this is a straight forward ripeness case and judge Wake got it wrong. If case law and legal precedent is on your side where is the ruling? This is an expedited case with what you guys consider clear case law. Should be easy for the ninth to say not ripe go away.

ALPA afraid of losing UAL please explain. Why do we need to watch ALPA did they become the bargaining agent in the last 10 minutes? Did we merge with UAL in the last 10 minutes? Is there a card drive that I don’t know about? Who cares what ALPA does? Why the obsession with ALPA?

Don't bet on it. We've endured it for 5 years now. The adjustment period is long ago over.
The toys are all gone, homes downsized, etc.
LOA 93 is covering the bills, and that means we can hang on for quite a while.

Before you guys get to excited and to wrapped around the axle and go running off on another losing direction. Before you get the east pilots all whipped up again for the next false hope. I suggest that you go talk to the mechanics.
They have been through that arbitration and lost.
Unless you are talking about the change of control of the leadership at USAPA or the change of control to another union.
You guys are wasting your time and our money running down that dream.
Ever wonder why Parker made that statement a long time ago about. We needed each other and this was a merger not an acquisition? Ever consider why the corporate structure was so convoluted? So that would be no change of control or return to old pay rates. Do you really think that all of those high priced lawyers hanging around during merger and BK's are there just for looks? No they are a lot smarter than union lawyers and pilots when it comes to corporate dealings.
Question. If you feel so good about snap back why would you need to talk about change of control?

I am sure that the company is very happy to hear that you have no need for a raise and they have no need to pay you any more money. thank you taking away the leverage of desire and demand.
What reason would the company have even to come to the table now. You are happy and adjusted to your pay rate until you retire.
you will forgive us if the rest of us want a better contract.
