BLAH BLAH BLAH
Bunch of lying crooks. No conference rooms. All that money go rent a place. You had a room for those Halloween shenanigans. This company and this union is nothing but full of horse shite.
Moral will always suck here it is inevitable.....13 years of abuse it will take 13 years to change my mind....
It should only take you an hour to fill out an application for somewhere else. I wouldn't mention that you believe everything you hear though. Conference room, come on that sound like the one armed man with a hook you don't really believe that do you?

Sorry not into guessing games about who you are. I also don't think people come here to read you and I snipe at each other.

It's beginning to seem like you're just here for a few laughs? Try a comedy club.

And doubt I ever helped you with any DG answers. Federally mandated lessons have to be done exclusively by you.
Actually they do come here  to follow us, they "dig the ride"

When was the last time in your career that the company and union agreed to 3 weeks of back to back negotiations?

Let's look at it this way, the old American is gone, the twu AA alliance is no more. We now have an executive team that actually says they are going to pay 3% above the top pay of other legacy airlines. Plus they give the appearance of WANTING to get a contract done.

We don't know yet if the association is going to be the same old same old as the twu, or if they are going to set the standard for what a union should be for its members, seeing how they got into power I'm not overly optimistic. The only constant I see is certain union officials creating discontent amongst the members.

I guess the real test will be if we get a contract that a majority find acceptable or if we are strung along for years without a contract. And from a union stand point, if the negotiation votes for it and then a couple of union officials undercut the others there by tainting any kind of agreement or creating unrealistic expectations.

agree totally. until it becomes clear...

Profits are up and the future looks great for the entire industry world wide. Traditionally we as union members would have the advantage at this point. Time will tell.

"North American carriers are leading the industrys performance and are expected to generate considerably more than half the industrys total profits in both 2015 ($19.4 billion) and 2016 ($19.2 billion). On a per passenger basis, profits of $21.44 in 2016 also places their performance at the top of the industry."

I believe the best way for negotiations to go is for all compensation to be given to the ASSociation for distribution to the unions to invest and make a bunch of money we will never see.....

just like the union did with our 17 percent stock.and the company match pre funding.

LoL, you guys are killing me. No one has been satisfied with any contract or union performance in over ten years. Over thirty-four percent say forty-eight months or longer? How can anyone be so discontent and whine for so long?

Are you waiting in the wings to scab a TWU job?

Oh by no means. The TWU would actually have to strike. Which would require a strike vote if I'm not mistaken. Hehehehehehe, that would mean you guys would actually have to participate in something besides coming here and whining about how worthless your union is. Well, we know that's not going to happen. Right?

So once again, no I'm not waiting. What are you waiting on? It's been over ten years now and you are still here spewing the same rethoric. What have you done in the past ten years besides come here and whine about how miserable you are with your job?

I'm an idiot that replaced you overnight with two weeks training.
For all you who don't know who this guy is, he is one of the scum cowards who crawled from under a rock to scab at DTW when AMFA went on strike at NWA.
