Most likely, yes. When the Association applies for representation the choices will be for the Association or no union, unless an outside union intervenes and appears on the ballot.

KEV , we achieved the changes we needed when we kicked the Teamsters out in 2003, you can probably keep your union unless you want change. However , your elections would need people in there, that would be transparent.
