Now that you bring it up and you don't want to get past the 2010 T/A. At what pay rate would we be at if we took the companies first offer which was only a 10% pay reduction in pay in 2003? I know it would of layoff more AMTs, but every single one of them would of been called back. I am pretty sure you voted yes on the second offer which was way worse than the first and the company layed off thousands of AMTs anyway. Stop blaming Bob or Chuck, I am smart enough to read the TA and know it sucked. Why don't you blame local president in Tulsa for telling his guys to vote no on the 2010 T/A cause they weren't getting the geo pay.
After 7 years of taking a hit, and that BS of "Share the Pain, Share the Gain" they come back with another give back T/A. The union shouldn't of even brought it back for a vote. Oh wait, I keep forgetting this is a company union.
