Tulsa AMT movement.

Date of hire for everything!

I've been with the company longer then you, you, or you. I get first pick.

Why do we need, like, 8 different seniorities?

Just asking!
How about for non-rev travel?

So that premium day shift, weekends off Lead job comes open and a mechanic with 40 years seniority, who has never been a lead, gets the bid over a guy who has been a lead for 39 years?

WTF?

Stores and Utility are part of the mechanic and related CBA at US, they aren't part of fleet.
Don't let the facts get in your way.
And your part of Nothing anymore. Don't let that fact cloud your judgement. Again this is about Tulsa AMT Movement. Key word: Aircraft Maintenance Technician. AMT. This is not about utilities or stores. I am being nice here but unfortunately you need to be involved in every topic on these boards.

They all work under the CBA, so it effects more than just an elitist mechanic like yourself.

Many M&R at US have more than one classification seniority under the CBA.

Still see you don't understand the concept of a message forum on the internet.

What you have a difficult time understanding is the topic is specific to AMT'S, not everyone covered under the CBA. Again I am being nice and asking you to stop posting about the other groups in the TWU or IAM. Your posts have no relevant meaning to us AMT'S or others who are staying on topic.

When you buy the board you can make the rules.

The CBA is about Mechanics, Stores and Utility so the seniority issue effects all classifications.

And there are several fleet who have posted, did you tell them not to post?

You have non-AA mechanics posting, this issue doesnt effect them, did you tell them not to post?

Let me give you a hint, if you dont like what I post, use the ignore feature.

This very thing happened at DL on the ramp as soon as the Lead override jumped up...

I hope you know that under the TWU, stores is not in the Title one agreement.

You dont know what and how the final outcome of a JCBA will be, at PMUS there is no title 1, 2 or 3.

Another item that will have to be worked out one way or the other.  Of coarse the union will want to get as many members as possible for the dues flow.

THS had a fair example of blending the leads and CC's.

You make no sense, they will be paying dues to the union(s) no matter what happens in the outcome of how the CBAs are integrated.

Seniority based non-rev travel is in my contact between me, my union and my company.

It's written in stone.

Oops.  I guess it isn't.

Just goes to show you what a signed contract means to this management team.

With the latest class and craft ruling from the NMB, Stores are no longer with us either.

But ask anyone of them what they think about this, and they'll look at you like your speaking Chinese.  None of them have a clue about what just happened.  And why?  The union isn't telling them.

It is not in the PMUS M&R CBA, go find it if you think it is, it is in the Ramp CBA.
