We lost FedEx because management didn't know how to run AA MRO properly. Customers like dour work and were willing to pay for the quality. Allegiant and others left because AA didn't know how to bill
I was told by an Allegiant maintenance  rep that the Alligiant offer was higher than the original visit and that it was AA that claimed not to have room for them. AA has claimed for a long time to need more space, especially at Tulsa.

I know that when we lost the North American work the rep said that AA kept screwing around with where they were going to send the planes. MCI, DWH, AFW, or TULE? He said they had to keep calling AA right up to the very end where to fly the plane. Rep said our AMTs had the skill and knowledge to advise them or all the options when it came to repair or replace. It wasn't our AMTs, it was management not knowing how to market our skills and manage the operation. The bad thing now is the new management wants nothing to do with do other people's work even though other airlines want to send it to us.

Same as the LUS....all that space in TUL and they are sending the a/c to Mobile.....Shows where the company loyalty lies....Just wait till you see the work!!

A lot remains to be seen once a new contract is in place.

The Company will do whats best for The Company. If there giving us a Raise Delta plus 7 it will be at a cost. I dont see them closing Tulsa but I do see them giving it a nice trim

The word we got from our Airbus rep is the first 7 are to be done in Mobile. After that, who knows.
