The illegal forgeries, fraudulent card collecting, promises of pensions, industry leading contracts, pay and bennies, plus the collusion between ibt/TWU and AA to block the AA employees a true democratic choice to have another choice of representation, plus all the illegal activity and connections to the mob (STILL), all of this plus more will be the final demise of the ibt in this field. We will found out in less than a week at US. But I still say there will be no election at AA due to the forgery/fraudulent charges against the ibt, but then again this was all planned this way to keep AMFA out.

Did your computer read into the Blacked out names of the sworn statements and KNOW the sworn statements are from the ibt organizers. Are you amfa boys still trying to act like a BIG UNION POWER ??
They did come from the IAM \ TWU????
 
Its only blacked out in the public copy, the NMB has the names without being blacked out.

Is that the best you can do?

Really Travis? You don't have to read the blacked out names to know. Read the rest of it. So this is where you have to go to "try" and rebut a sworn statement, under oath, testimony by an ibt organizer, at a NMB investigation? Notice how the ibt/teamsters have not put anything out claiming that these guys are not ibt organizers, hmmmmm. Why is that Travis? Why is there nothing, natta, zilch of a peep from your beloved ibt/teamsters stating that they are not ibt organizers as you are claiming above? And by the way, the ibt has seen these statements, and yet nothing stating that they are not. Besides that, if these gentlemen are lying they will in fact be charged with lying while under oath... Keep posting Travis, your doing a great job.
 
Someone needs to press charges against the ibt for the forgeries once it is found to be true and proven. Don't just sweep this crap under the carpet. Who knows how many times they have done this in the past, and, if they have done so over at US. Or maybe the NMB will take action, as they should, on their own since it would be their investigation that brought the forgeries to light. A good punishment would be from a huge fine (once again ibt throwing away dues monies), or better yet, ibt can no longer have any more card drives in the aviation industry. Or at least a 5 year probationary period where they cannot campaign anywhere at all, or collect cards. Bitter sweet justice if you ask me, LOL...
 
700, Have you heard anything more after the letter by the IAM suggesting possible forgery at US by the ibt/teamsters? Just wondering if the NMB would entertain possibly halting the results until they could look into it? Any response from the NMB as of yet?

I guess you have not seen the documentary "The Red Tail".
AMFA represented members seem to be satisfied with their union.
I do not hear any bad talk or drives going on to oust them.
So what is your point?
