The IAMNPF is funded 105%, can you that about any IBT plan?
What kind of pension does CO and UA mechs have?
Why is it over three years and the CO and UA mechanics dont have a jcba?
Why are half the members in SFO forced to be members at LAX and not have control of their local nor the easy ability to attend meetings?
How do they even vote on things?
Why does UA have mechanics on layoff and CO is hiring?
Great job ibt, not!
And I have posted this several times to you, yet you NEVER answer.
You posted about one plan, I asked you about all the plans in the red.
Why are the teamsters supporting pension cuts?

In the three years you mentioned; the IBT has settled two contracts, one at each of the properties. To be honest, while we might have all wanted more, this step was a great strategy in that it gave the mechanics at both airlines what we needed. More money. It put us at UA ahead of Delta and AA in pay and benefits. Our contract at UA expires in July of this year. CO's expired in December 2012. We are in negotiations now but I hope we do not rush into a substandard contract in order to appease the likes of you. For once in my long career here at UA, I am finally in a position where I can afford to wait for a GOOD contract, not just something decent.
Here is a question for you; where is the SWA appearance contract? It has been four years and amfa still can't come up with something for these members?
According to amfa national,

AMFA was certified at Southwest Airlines on January 27, 2003, and the Association currently represents approximately 1,900 members who maintain the airlines fleet of B737 aircraft. The current contracts become amendable August 16, 2012 for the Aircraft Maintenance Technicians and February 16, 2009 for the Appearance Technicians.
