Well at least the Bosses at the IAM get real degrees unlike the TWUs Jim Littles phony degrees from Columbia STATE Univeristy.

700, anytime you want to talk about problems and solutions is fine with me. Obviously you do not want to seek out solutions but rather stick to tired rhetoric where the members are to blame. I see how you are avioding real discussion here. You admittted already that the system is broke but avoid any detailed discussion on it.

Perhaps because despite the huge concessions that airline workers have suffered as a result of this broken system the current structure provides you with a position in the IAM that leaves you relatively better off than your peers.

You claim you are not afraid but then you run away from the discussion.

I am always working to find solutions.

Unfortunatly when you have a membership that has been beaten into submission for the past three years, it is very hard to rally the troops.

We at US in the M&R group have a problem with some reps from a certain northern city who would and could do anything to save their city rather then to taken on the company.

That is why you had no reccomendation from the M&R NC about the final offer.

and what of Don Triechler?...just curious...

What of him?

Beaten into submission? And where were their leaders?

We at US in the M&R group have a problem with some reps from a certain northern city who would and could do anything to save their city rather then to taken on the company.

That is why you had no reccomendation from the M&R NC about the final offer.

Once again you are focusing on symptoms and not the cause.

You admitted already that the whole system is broke.Well that is what needs to be fixed. A few reps from a certain northern city are not the cause of all this.

Will you agree that we(airline workers across the industry) need change?
