TWU has not dropped charges, last I've heard.
Its not the TWUs charges to drop, its the individuals who got their buts kicked.
delldude loses it at federal court in PHL.

Mr. delldude was chosen from a group of 50 people who put in applications for the testing program. In this photo Mr. delldude is being lowered to the ground by other volunteers as a 50,000 volt police Tazer is used on him. Aside from gurgling noises Mr. delldude had no comment after the demonstration except to say "I see dead people".
