Sandra Bland

Boo hoo, snivel snivel. Here's a tissue, there, there sweetykins. Rednecks and pole smoker are ok because libtards like you say it. Got it.

Why would the Obammy man come for my guns? Gun owners have the Supreme Court ruling and the second amendment was upheld. Correct?

Is the Nobammy administration planning on becoming more like Adolf's Third Reich in 1939 and imposing his will to disarm Americans?  Seems very possible, he's gutting the military as we speak.

"To conquer a nation, first disarm it's citizens". Adolf Hitler

When the man comes for you guns....will you comply.  Sandra Bland had the right to smoke a cigarette and the cop told her she didn't.  So when they come for your guns...will you comply?  A simple yes or no....or if it makes you happy "yestard" or "notard" will do.

The Government, with full support of both Liberals and Conservatives and widespread support amongst The Citizenry, and has already eviscerated the 4th Amendment, in the name of public safety.

The courts have ruled that the public's expectation of "safety" trumps individuals' right to be secure in their own persons from unreasonable search and seizure.

It may not be, and probably will not be, Obama or The Left who comes for your guns.

It may just as well be Jeb.

Cop was within his protocols for an arrest.

Cop was having a bad day and set the situation up to use those protocols.  Kind of reminds me of the song "Alices Restaurant"...where he's in the group of those who have committed crimes.  What'd you do?  Kept smoking a cigarette in my car.

According to the article posted earlier he did not follow procedure for the arrest.

And he was reprimanded last year for not following arrest procedures properly

After taking the time to read the full transcript Eolsen provided, its quite apparent she was the instigator of any rudeness or animosity toward the officer.  (Caveat Emptor).
After politely asking the woman to put out her cigarette, which she had much to say about, he told her to step out of  the car....That is a lawful order given while he was performing an investigation. She failed to obey his order. She resists from there on.
His protocol violation seems to be not diffusing the situation....His union will deal with that.

He impolitely decided that she was being rude because she wouldn't put out a cigarette she smoking on her private property.  You know, most folks...even most anti smoking nazis....would have had her sign the ticket and muttered "azzhole" as they walked back to the squad car.  But "failure to comply" gave him the right to impolitely grab her to pull her out of the car.   I also recall reading in eolsens post that a lit cigarette "might be" used as a  "weapon"...and blowing smoke at someone is "assault".  There's no limit to the offenses you can make up to justify assholish behaviour by a law enforcement officer.

the "Sovereign Citizen" in Dell's video have been around for years. It's not new, conservative, liberal or even Libertarian. Leanr before you judge

These folks are serious as a heart attack. Trouble is that many are also financial scam artists. The southern Poverty Law Center hates them so they can't be all bad. The woman in Dell's video is a poor example of a Sovereign citizen.

Near as I can tell Sandra Bland was NOT a sovereign citizen protester. The questions still linger as to how a seemingly healthy women died in a jail cell. Each day we seem to get more questions and fewer answers.

A fine example of another obedient conservative.  You should have a talk with Cliven Bundy and let him know your thoughts.
Another fine example of libs confusing two different situations. The Bundy standoff was not a simple traffic stop for an illegal lane change.

No one said it ever is what you said. Now you back track.

Amazing. Agree with you on the free inhabitants, they are much like the black lives matter libs. They only matter when police are involved.

When and if... I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. Much different scenario. Back to reality, Bland was legally pulled over and resisted, decided to up the ante with her nastiness, and got arrested. Facts, only facts sweetykins.

Hello, ma’am.

[Sandra Bland:]
Hi.
[Brian Encinia:]
Texas Highway Patrol, the reason for the stop is you didn’t fail – you failed to signal the lane change. You have your drivers license and insurance with you?
[Sandra Bland:]
[inaudible]
[Brian Encinia:]
What’s wrong?
[silence]
[Sandra Bland:]
[inaudible]
[Brian Encinia:]
How long you’ve been in Texas?
[Sandra Bland:]
[inaudible] yesterday.
[Brian Encinia:]
Okay.
[Sandra Bland:]
Do you have a drivers license?
[Sandra Bland:]
Did I give you my drivers license?
[Brian Encinia:]
No, ma’am. Okay.
[Brian Encinia:]
Where are you headed to now?
[Sandra Bland:]
Work.
[Brian Encinia:]
Will you give me a few minutes alright.
[Sandra Bland:]

Okay, ma’am. You okay?
[Sandra Bland:]
I’m waiting on you – you – this is your job. I’m waiting on you, what is you want…
[Brian Encinia:]
Oh, you seem very irritated.
[Sandra Bland:]
I am. I really am but I feel like it’s [crap] for what I’m getting the ticket for. I was getting out of your way for speeding up. Tailing me… so I move over… and you stopped me. So yeah… I am a little irritated but that doesn’t stop you from giving me a ticket. So, what’s the ticket [for]?
[Brian Encinia:]
Are you done?
[Sandra Bland:]
You asked me what was wrong and I told you.
[Brian Encinia:]
Ok.
[Sandra Bland:]
So now I’m done, yeah.
[Brian Encinia:]
Ok.
[Sandra Bland:]
So now I’m done yeah.

Do you mind putting out your cigarette, please, if you don’t mind.

That dirty bastard.....

So exactly what are the parameters that must be met in order to ignore a law enforcement official?

So when they come for your guns, I'll take that as a notard.
