Makes sense if you think. I'm 6 years into being a Sales Trainer.

So do I have 6 years experience or 1 of experience and 5 of repitition of the first year. With me it's about 4 years of repeating the same skills I developed in years one and two.

Just because you've done something longer then someone else doesn't inherently make you better at it anymore than standing in a garage makes you a car.

Her excuse is they are in for the fight of their life??? When was she planning to get started on that? She is not on the committee, and she voted to share the profit sharing with AWA which was the only monetary value enhancement to the East contract. Who is she saying she is looking to protect? The profit sharing goes by her W-2, and by the accusations of flying 60-80 hours ETB, her profit sharing will be bigger the 99.9% of the f/as.

All of a sudden, this week she has a conscious and is trying to save her position by acting responsibly with her members.

Little late to get a conscious. I bet when she flew AIL she told every single f/a that it was off AIL. Trust she hasn't done that since in office in July 2005.
Ah, Geezus, give me a break already...she is not the creme de le creme from my dealings with her. Fruit cake is the first thing that comes to mind. If she can put two sentences together you got her on a good moment. She gets all her advice from Carol A. PSA and that who is neogiating the transition agreement. PHL just has the vote to vote the provisions that they want in.

HUMMM... As I remember all Reserves can fly on their days off. The Reserve chair is sitting in that office fielding call and representing the F/A in Grievance's and holding other meetings with in-flight M-F then on his own time flying ETB trips like other RSV can do. There's Reserves sitting not flying and getting 73 hrs a month and then flying on their days off on ETB trips...Which is perfectly fine to do ... everyone has a mortgage or rent to play...that the way the system works. So why are YOU so up in arms about his work week? He's out there standing up HELPING RSV & BH.

As I stated before everyone needs to pull up and see that he was awarded R1075 which as a reserve is only bidding for off days. So his days off for flying ETB trips should be on his SCHEDULED DAYS OFF not when he decides he will be off. PERIOD.

Where? If you would like to detract the issue, I'm ready. I know what was on your plate, and I know Laura was gunning for ya last year...hmmm.

As much as I would prefer Laura to be taken out of that seat, I don't think that over inflating Terry's ability in representing the largest base at USAirways paints an accurate picture. Often times, I've seen were folks who believe they have the ability to represent members at the highest level, don't have a clue of their own skill limitations and shortcomings.

Just weighing in my own opinion. The members will have to decide.

And I will say again... SO WHAT if he has r1075 or a Rome block for that matter!! He works in the office M-F!! He still has to bid! He will get the weekends off and fly his ETB trips as he so chooses! I have 100% no problem with that. If he stops showing up to the office, and stops representing my needs (and yours) on a daily basis, THAT is when I have a problem. LOL Let it go!

I think all the officers in all bases need to post their schedules every week or month on their website and e-line out to the f/as. I also believe the MEC chairs should do the same. The issue with the ETB and the union leaders has gotten out of hand, and because of this ethical issue looming, they should want to do this to restore confidence and trust.

People in Elected Postions should not be allowed to Reap Financial Gains, not afforded to the people they represent...PERIOD!!! This is clearly the case in PHL! I have said this before and I'll say it again...all of us on Reserve could fly all the ETB we wanted if we got to pick our own days off as ONE Reserve in the Union Office does! It's Total BS!
