For someone who is supposedly working on NW Aircraft as a Scab, sure has a lot of spare time on their hands. Since September 2005, you have 1,954 posts on US Aviation. I wonder if this is a record, in such a short period of time.
You are so perspective and original Ester. Where did you develop such a keen mind? Ya know what? Why don't you ask the Moderating team to re-introduce a little tool called "View Members Post" then click on Hackmans name, I'll give you a few others if you want, and read his post. You will find that you are almost six months late and a dollar short. Why don't you catch up instead of jumping in the middle? Happy reading.

Still playing with the numbers huh Hackman.
What is the time in service for the scabs at NWA? Rolling into seven months I think it is. What is the average time on the job for an AA mechanic? Ten, twelve years? I'll bet as much as fifteen.

Eight hundred and forty mechanics compared to how many at AA? Three thousand? Six, Eight? Cough it up Hackman.

Don't forget that we are doing this with the IAM shooting us in the foot every chance they get.

That’s right Hackman a whole .2 of a point. Before too long you will be saying, "A WHOLE 10 points over AA, damn that’s a huge milestone. Big deal it’s just a numbers game."

Come on Hackman, pull it together.

Right, life is about numbers 'Cods. Yours is a sum of 0. Your claiming now that SUPERscabs like you only have 7 months of aircraft experience? Whoa, its worse than I imagined. I thought Dougie Stealin' stated you scabs had years upon years? I guess someone is lying here.

I think since we do all of our AA aircraft and engines in house, we have 3 maintenance bases, we have like 8400 title 1. You cannot compare Scab Air to AA, your airline is a shell in comparision since Dougie Stealin' and his band of criminals took over. Scab Air is a knat compared to AA, and not bragging, just a fact. It's a shell compared to the former NWA. You have 840 scabs because you have no heavy maintenance. You have maybe 350 aircraft (guessing) compared to AA's over 800? Huge difference. Not to mention we are now doing contract work for other airlines also.

Let's wait and see if Scab Air survives before you go making grandious predictions of a scab operation waltzing into first place. Cart before the horse at this point, of course being a scab, that's kind of how your life is, isn't it?

Let's see if you "flip over the ace" if the pilots or F/A's walk SUPERscab.

That would be seven months in house HACKman. That means working for Northwest. A little over twice the fleet number yet ten times the number of mechanics. I think there is a substantial amount of fat to be trimmed.

No worries 'N.E., PlaytheCods doesn't like to admit he has no life as a scab so far from home. His must have some family life, immagine how disfunctional it must be. I bust on him about it all the time. He practically lives here. Yes, it is definately a new record. I'm going to have a party on the bathroom throne when he breaks 2000.

Don't expect anything from 'Cods but scab blather.

Welcome to the BB.

Are you really that ignorant??

AA still does their HMVs in house. The most labor intensive checks require MORE AMTS.

Right, he certainly is a bootlickin' managment boy TSH. Sounds like he should become a managment dupe with all his management-ish rants. Except I really don't think he could make it, he can't lie well enough.

AA has a very large overhaul operation. AA is also attempting to bring in other work. We did some RTS checks on 777 Avitas leased (former United A/C) to some foreign airline in Asia. AA is doing some 767 work for Air Canada now. Also AA overhauls quite a few Rolls Royce engines for other carriers that have them. AA is the largest Rolls Royce Repair Station in the world.

Its unfortunate that PlaytheCods didn't get himself a job here before he turned into a scab. Alas, they probably wouldn't have hired him anyway.

I have actually been watching you flab your gums for a few months on the NW board. You have only 7 months in the airline industry, all as a Scab. I have been through the good times and the bad, over the years. My work group at my airline has been on strike and I along with my fellow workers, walked the picket line. I also support the AMFA, PFAA, IAM and APLA and Northwest. I have also walked the picket line with AMFA and I will walk with PFAA, ALPA and IAM, if they strike too.

Hackman, NHBB, robbedagain and others are in a different class than you. They're real and you're a Scab.

Dont forget the south american fokkers that we sold to the peruvians and are currently maintaining in tulsa, word is they are extremely pleased with the work and more to come.

another possible contract with an airline based in las vegas is looking to be coming to fruition soon as well.

also heard that the NAVY is looking at letting AA do some airframe work. I think Tulsa will be in A/O for many years to come. AA is looking to build two more hangers in TUL in order to facilitate all the extra work.

BTW for those who dont know, TUL overhaul is the largest and most intensive overhaul base in the WORLD

PTO you should not get your hopes up about scabbing at AA, they hire only the most qualified AMT's :p

When your on probation you do your job and keep your mouth shut! If your assigned to work with someone who constantly disappears tough. The company (not just NWA) is looking for someone who works well with others and can complete the job under all types of conditions what their not looking for is someone who cries about who their working with because they dont get along Management isnt there to baby sit you. Its not your job to question what someone else is doing especially when your the new guy. If I were your supervisor I would have serious reservations about keeping you on the payroll.

When your off probation thats when you speak up, sounds to me like you screwed the pooch on this.

a scab is not a scab there are different cultures of scabs and one is not better than the other.
Sorry PTO I disagree with the first part (a scab is not scab) of course they are all the same, looking to make a quick buck by selling the CRAFT for 30 pieces of silver.

however you are profoundly dead on when you say "one is not better than the other"...kudo's for your recognition and admition to that fact

PTO’s excessive ranting on this board probably holds true in the work place also. The guy that disappeared probably drew the short straw and had to buddy up with PTO and crew. Not that I’d ever stick up for a scab, but if I had to put up w/ PTO for 8 hours I’d disappear too. Guy was probably tired of holding PTO’s hand and tying his shoes for him.

If you have been following these boards for a few months now, I am sure you have read what you just said more than a few times. So lets try being a bit more original then. Just curious, did you become a member to come here and discuss aviation, learn about it? Do you work for NWA or are you interested in learning more about NWA? Or did you just come here to bash me?

that person probably came on to give you a bashing the way myself ad a few others do! like I say NWA is an UNSAFE AIRLINE

1: I don't work for NWA. I work for another carrier and have 14 years with them.

2: If I wanted to learn about the aviation industry, I wouldn't learn it from a Scab like you.

3: Yes, I came on here to bash you and to stop the gum flabbing.
