Scs is typically filed when after a merger closes? If its 6 mnths then it sounds like time is not on mgmt side especially if parker truly wants a seamless merger then may be he and the rest of the donkeys may be taking a hard close look at the comprehensive proposal the nc team presented last month

Parker pissed off Eagle when he decided to take that one big RJ order involving 76 seat jets and dump it with PSA instead of Eagle after the PSA pilots agreed to a new contract.  This is significant for our people since station classification uses any jet greater than 69 seats as counting, provided it is US AIRWAYS, inc.  That would involve PSA or Piedmont, not Republic.  So, I'm all for Parker giving the RJ work to PSA as opposed to AE

I can't get into what is in or out. Until a TA is reached anything I say may change to something different. That's how negotiations are. I would say that the NC is fully aware of what is important to this membership.

If Im not mistaken Eagle told Parker to pound sand when he told them he needed additional concessions above what they gave in court.Parker shopped around and found enough PSA pilots to agree to a really asstacularly bad agreement in order to get some shiny new RJ's.

Please pay attention to what happened and what is happening at united. I have no problem saying that our district eboard is made up of ignorant whores who voted unanimously to not only F our membership at united but also defraud the members by bs of full time committment and 98% guarantees.

The reality of the situation is that members are being informed this week that full time jobs are toast.

It tells you that ah thinks he can get our chief negotiator to flush it. The united nc said the same stuff. Dont trust what is said. The iam wants part time to increase their own revenue and the iam 141 agreements that these dopessigned proves it at hal and united.
And which district lodge agc will finally not sing kumbuya with delaney? Some have seen the political winds change and have reached out but anyone can talk.

Tim do you see the new elections and allegations of fraud in the GL elections as am opportunity to rebuild the IAM? What do you think of Jay Cronk and Karen Asuncion as new leaders? 141 needs serious help, Sito says he is very fond of that district and many people get promoted from 141. Hopefully the membership will demand change after the awful UA CBA and RIFs start coming in. When will the first station closings begin of the stations TA allows to be closed?
