Let me remind AF Brothers /Sisters at former LCC  that April 2014 is around the corner for LOA negotiated for FS IAM Members in Stations that have less then 56 flts . Just read that AAL placed a order for 100's of RJ's ? Events now will drive negotiations for a CBA for LCC IAM/TWU Members at both D-141 and D-142. SCOPE !!! is #1 issue  for ALL .  IAM LCC FS should push IAM/TWU Association Leadership now and join our Brothers/Sisters at D-142 or create a new Airline  District for AAL IAMATWU
Members. The Leadership at D-141 have their hands full at UA. Many will be gone starting in 2014 others are LAME DUCKS .

You all can say what you want, but the bottom line is the Leadership didnt ratify the CBA, the members did, you all dont like to hear the truth, but that is the truth.

Did the UA CBA suck, yep, Scope is the most important item in a CBA, you can make $100 an hour, if you dont have scope, who will be getting paid that?

Delaney, not a fan, never have been, but until you sit across the table from the company in negotiations, you will never truly understand the process.

I have been in Doug McKeen, and Al Hemenway's face during my time on the NC, and let me tell you if O.D. didnt step in their would have been a fight.

I was a thorn in Frieberger's side also, so life isnt so honky dorey as you all think.

Then why do you keep harping on Freedom for using democratic right to vote for a CBA that outsourced small stations? Hypocrite.

Sfo just had their elections yesterday and they chose a new local president to lead them as ord did. Before the district signed the new united contract this never would have happened.

Who knows if delaney ever learns anything. I guess the members decide and answer those sorta questions. Our primary focus needs to be educatinv members about their leverage and procedural items. To that end, delaney and atkinson remain disappointing by falsely alleging that the scs application can be put back whenever the association feels like it.

Make no mistake, the association will have to file scs within 6 months due to the contract that the twu signed with amr. Delaney had no idea about this and that should make your hair stand up since he is lead negotiator and wasnt equipped with educating himself about what contractual provisions are in place at amr
I think usairways members would be wise to understand delaneys playbook at united.

He told the united agents "contract first" even after filing scs then flipped like a pancake immediately after a vote and tossed everyone into transition talks which have no teeth and take years to hammer out.
Tim,

You make valid points that have been brought up by NC and others and after discussions I will just say I understand where the INTL is going with this when it is said scs is controlled by the Alliance.

I do harp on him, I have that right, because it was the wrong choice, ask how many fleet agents on here told them what would happen, they went for the money, not the job protections.

So how much fraud do you commit in either the $13 Billion or $800 Million fraud YOU and YOUR Employer JP Morgan committed against the public?

How many people lost everything because of the criminal actions of you and your company?

Parker pissed off Eagle when he decided to take that one big RJ order involving 76 seat jets and dump it with PSA instead of Eagle after the PSA pilots agreed to a new contract.  This is significant for our people since station classification uses any jet greater than 69 seats as counting, provided it is US AIRWAYS, inc.  That would involve PSA or Piedmont, not Republic.  So, I'm all for Parker giving the RJ work to PSA as opposed to AE

The alliance idea is beneficial to everyone. It will be interesting to read the application.  Maybe AH might not like it.

The IAM and the TWU have this covered, there is a lot going on behind the scenes, thats all I can say.

The situation at US was no different the membership decided and loosened the scope, it's called democracy. The IAM wanted the dues and the membership was sick and tired of the ongoing negotiations going nowhere. The district gave away tremendous leverage and left lots of money on the table and has now lowered the standards for all workers in the industry.

Behind the scenes aka without the input and involvement of the membership. I'll ask again, you have been separated from US/IAM since 2005 yet you are more in tune with the workings of the union and status of negotiations. Why would that be?

He knows the secret handshake
Don't you agree it is odd he suddenly says "the UA membership ratified the T/A" when for the past five years he has been going after the people voted on the US fleet agreement?

Josh

Why would a JP Morgan Securities Fraud enabler be concerned with the IAM and TWU?

And the membership is involved, they will be voting on the agreements.

Plain and simple.

I am not concerned with UA, I worked for them in 1988, wasnt active there, US I spent 20 years out there, and was a rep, thats the difference, but I dont owe you an explanation for anything, now do I?
