As long as Uncle Al is there, expect Nothing!
Since the agreement with the doj, I believe things will change. 700, posted some comments from district 141 and 142 about one carrier status. If the iam can use that as a threat or bargaining chip we may do ok. No one carrier status, no working together at station where we have fleet and fleet service clerk's

Time will tell.  I dont expect much to change.  Uncle Al only cares about his bonus and DoUgIe P all in it for himself.

SCS doesnt benefit either M&R or Fleet, that means it goes to JCBA negotiations and not Section 6.

Does that mean given the merger is now settled that the iam 141 n 142 lost sec 6 n now must negog for jcba? If so then obviously the donkeys at tempe playdd their cards very well at least til the single carrier status comes up

No, not at all.

I said if the IAM and TWU file Single Carrier Status it would stop Section 6 negotiations then JCBA would start, furter delaying any improvements.

The company cannot file a SCS nor can it force the unions too.

CB made it clear that the IAM's position is to resolve the current section 6 talks before seeking any joint agreement. Is the 141 and 142 on the same page with this?

And another 4.3% at the effective date, presumably december or january.
Dont mean to change the subject, but , does anyone know the date that Fleet Service voted in the IAM ? I am assuming that the NPF was the same year?

The IAM was voted in in 1995 I believe you got the IAMNPF in 1999.
Sounds close. I just got my NPF estimate in the mail and it only has 6 yrs 10 months of service. That seems wrong as i have been here for more than 39 yrs with only 1,5 yrs of furlough. Doesn't add up. I want to make sure i have all the facts before calling them.     Thanks

Your prior time doesnt count for pension accrual, you joined the IAMNPF in 1999, accrual starts then.
