The Ball is now in US airway's court ... remind them that NOW is the time to move forwards , urge them to offer a sweeping joint agreement for both sides ... one that will give those of us who could end up in Section six what WE seek and one that will put a little bit more on the table for the current American Airline workers ...

If they were to come out RIGHT NOW with an agreement that couldn't be turned down by both sides they would be saving themselves needless years of labor strife ....REMIND them of how much more efficiently things moved once US Air and America West fleet became one .

This week they will be in a back slapping congratulatory mood with a new outlook on the future ... Push them hard not just to settle an agreement with US but to make the leap , bridge the gap and offer up an agreement so solid that both American AND US Airways fleet will immediately agree ...

tell them to begin the new American NOW ................. with a fair and equitable contract .
That may be good and fine for you but not for me. Again you benefit from previous pains. I want what we lost. 5 weeks vac?  are you Fkn kidding me?.......Dude ur counter parts have 6 / 7 if they choose. Sit back and soak up the goods. We got this!!!!! 
 
i had been aware that at one-time they had 7 weeks , then as far as i know they gave voluntary concessions which took it down to 6 , then i thought they got knocked down to five weeks in BK ...

mmmm six paid weeks of vacation .... mmmmmmm i like the sound of that .

Five weeks VC is the max at AA, and the most pay we can get is time and a half for anything.

DFWFSC...i was referring to the pax service agents at USAIR. AA is not his counterpart yet. I should have been more clear.

Here at CLT we only have Eagle staffing I have no ideal what happens there.
 
LCC IAM FS Leadership/NC, Mediator, and LCC/AH are scheduled for 3 days of talks in TEMPE starting on 11/19 . We ALL will probably not be surprised what the out come will be ?  My bet is IAM FS will get the same treatment as our IAM D-142 Brothers/Sisters in M&R. NO VALUE ! unless you agree to a TCBA. Good Luck ! NC maybe you should have FREEDOM do all the talking ? He's on a role and I don't think it's heroin ?
 
If the company wants to make an offer that both US and AA Fleet Service Clerks would find acceptable , then I don't see any reason we shouldn't accept and then move swiftly to integrate the work forces .

I have no problem with a Transitional agreement that improves the lot not only for ourselves but also for our brothers and sisters at AA .........

I'm pretty sure sure Al Crellin is no longer with US... 
 
The fact is it would be best to stay in six until an acceptable agreement is reached... then... and only then would you seek a transition...
