Chuck you openly advocated for AMFA for many years. Bob too even on this blog. The court document from both the 2007 and the most recent lawsuit against one local state that. You are stalling two judges liars?

wrong again,   I did not advocate for AMFA while i was in office. (show me where the judges say that)  I represented my membership  and just so you know I listened to what they said and what I brought to the table was based on their voice. How is that advocating for AMFA.  How many TWU officials explained the contract to the membership before voting?  I went over the contract article by article in 2003 and 2012 with the membership to make sure they understood what they were voting on. I did not tell THEM TO Vote NO, they did that on their own based on the contract details.

But the TWU Leadership ( that's funny ) can quit on it's new members or those yet to arrive by agreeing to sub standard wages with split pay scales. It does not matter who started those wage scales it is the TWU that copied that strategy, because the TWU does that a lot, especially with the Flight Attendants. But of course your core principle is not that of a true unionist because, how did you put it, "pay isn't everything" ? So who is the quitter, the TWU at it'score.

,I informed my members well before the vote, if the 2012 concessionary contract passes I will resign my position as VP.   I could no longer defend the membership with a management contract as the 2012.   I could not explain to anyone how and why we voted away our pension and retiree medical.  I could not explain why the TWU ATD leaders were in Tulsa pushing a "yes" Vote.
I did not quit, My union and the company failed me and the members.
 

The TWU has one true ability, that is to instill fear into a flock of sheep...

Right by AMFA, how did it benefit the members? If you're an AMFA supporter do that. Let people who are committed to the TWU work for the TWU. By all means pass AMFA cards on your own time. Don't use our dues to organize another union when it's supposed to be for getting us the best deal under the TWU. If Chuck and Bob are fully committed to being our elected TWU officials then by all means yell and scream. But don't use the time you should be working as a TWU rep organizing AMFA. That shows. A complete lack of integrity.

It's true pay isn't everything. I would like in addition high wages, a pension, more VC, more holidays, better OT rules, strong scope language, etc... Yes, I am a true unionist. You seem to be shortsighted in not asking for more.
 
And Schalk and Owens were removed when they were confronted with a picture that showed them with Delle Femine at some event. Several others including Don V were asked about why they were at an event with the AMFA founder. They were asked to reaffirm their oath I was told and only Owens and Schalk refused. I am sure Bob and Chuck have a more info on it. The trial was held and they lost. Schalk apparently sought to have the decision overturned in court and even the judge said that his conduct warranted removal but the punishment was harsh as far as the three year ban.

From an AMFA newsletter. After Bob and Chuck were removed they supported AMFA out in the open which is fine. When the AMFA drive failed once again they jumped back in. They should show some integrity and be AMFA supporters out in the open. They hate the TWU and would do just about anything to bring the organization down and get the members AMFA. Nothing wrong with that except they want to do it while getting paid by the TWU. That's a lack of integrity.
