Can't fight for your members when you are a quitter.

You do no favors to anyone fighting a battle with ineffective tactics either. My theory is Chuck did not quit he simply changed tactics. There is nothing wrong with hitting a problem from another direction.
 

How well was your position represented (Chuck's) when he threw a temper tantrum and quit?

Chuck is human and was obviously to a point of frustration.

Chuck and Bob were both confirmed to be lacking integrity. They weren't representing you, they were too busy being an AMFA mole.

Moles don't quit they observe and report. They also don't publicly announce loyalties. 
 
Chuck was upfront about his support of AMFA. If he was demonstrating a lack of integrity he would have kept his loyalties quiet.
 

Chuck and Bob go with their own flow. That's a given.

It takes a lot of integrity to make your own path attempting to implement something you believe in. Especially if you know that path is an uphill battle.

I am glad you feel that way. if you read the judge's decision he said no rational jury would disagree with the TWUs decision to remove Bob and Chuck. It was a complete lack of integrity to get elected to position and work against the organization you swore an oath to. Chuck and Aldrich Ames must be close friends.

Right by AMFA, how did it benefit the members? If you're an AMFA supporter do that. Let people who are committed to the TWU work for the TWU. By all means pass AMFA cards on your own time. Don't use our dues to organize another union when it's supposed to be for getting us the best deal under the TWU. If Chuck and Bob are fully committed to being our elected TWU officials then by all means yell and scream. But don't use the time you should be working as a TWU rep organizing AMFA. That shows. A complete lack of integrity.

Chuck you openly advocated for AMFA for many years. Bob too even on this blog. The court document from both the 2007 and the most recent lawsuit against one local state that. You are stalling two judges liars?

As a member of the TWU I kept my benefits and pension longer than AMFA members at NWA. I even have the opportunity to negotiate an industry leading contract now. Not like AMFA members at NWA who walked off a cliff never to fight another day. We survived and still have a damn good chance to get a great contract whereas those members at NWA do not.

I'm fine with you advocating for another union. I'm not fine with you scamming the membership telling them you fought the good fight but we're axed for speaking out against the system. You worked to undermine the TWU while you tacitly and sometimes openly advocated another Union. Two judges agree with that and said removal was reasonable.

Chuck's loyalty should lie with the membership itself not the appointed TWU members. If he is seeing internal corruption he has a responsibility to bring it to light.

One could say that same about you, you left AA you were never a mechanic, but yet you comment on all mechanic issues and tell the what to do, thats the ironic part, as they dont like FSCs.
