It would have to be after the JCBA is approved. Even if you merge lists without critical scope language changes we couldn't bid on shift. DO, VC, jobs, etc... without the language to allow us to do the work. That's leverage on our part. We need to use it.
In the meantime, the 4% since January and the 7% above Delta since the approval of the Association are piling up for that retroactive compensation.....

Because the Association was forced down our throats for the benefit of the unions and not for the membership without any semblance of the will of the membership. Which YOU are not part of!
