Merged Topic- AA Tail Livery New/Old Employees Vote

Employees will decide.
 
Doug Parker, the new chief executive officer of American Airlines Group, told employees Monday that he’ll let them decide what the tail on AA jets should look like.
There will be two choices:
A. The new tail adopted last January by the old AA regime, or
B. The old tail that had been in use basically since 1968.

Finally someone is thinking sensibly. My vote is to bring back the AA with the eagle that has been an American symbol since the 30's.

The new typeface used on the website & advertising stay, the faux-Greyhound logo would stay on the fuselage.

I'd vote to keep the old logo... it honors the past while still projecting the new thru the fuselage...

I just voted for the classic AA logo. Not the ugly striped tail that makes me angry when I look at it.

Should be a no brainer, bring back the AA tail, its the best known logo out there.

I will vote the new! I do like the old but we have a new airline and need to change!

I hate the new tail.  There are 13 stripes on the American flag.  There are 11 on the new tail.  This is what happens when you have Europeans design it.  I am against it not only because of that but because it is butt ugly.  Maybe we do need a new tail design but we don't need an ugly one.
