no not wondering  don't really care how they get there  just as long as they get there and hold the info for the employees.   WT  700 asked few questions  why not answer them since you claim to speak for all DL peeps...

Robbed why is it fair for them to use DL passes on DL aircraft (which are not to be used for business or commercial purposes) to work against the interests of DL?

I did not say they were using DL passes  for all anyone knows they cld of brought tkts on say AA or Ba instead of the wiget   Personally I don't really care how they get there  just as long as the peeps in London get out to meet them ask questions etc etc and hopefully join the union

Who said any IAM employee is using passes? Have you seen conclusive evidence of that somewhere? If so, post a link.
 
the evidence is rather clear.

DL employees voted overwhelmingly against unionization during the merger representation elections. tens of thousands of union membership cards at NW became worthless overnight.

There has been no replacement election.

them there are facts. The evidence is on those who want to argue that there was some worse defeat elsewhere or that the Brazilian soccer team's defeat looked good in comparison need to provide evidence.

you're loyalty to Kev and 700 is commendable. just a little word in your ear, though. They are mortal humans and not gods.

DL has a mechanism for resolving payroll disputes as well as an appeals process for disciplinary issues whether Kevin wants to pretend they don't exist or not.

I know full well that Kevin knows the payroll process at DL. He can tell us why I know he knows but he does.
 
Of course I know the process. So does just about every other actual DL employee. How else would I be able to tell when it's screwed up, and that the resolution protocol(s) aren't always followed?
 
For discipline issues, why don't you explain to the audience what structure is in place, and how that's preferable to adhering to contractual guidelines.
 
Bonus points if you can effectively explain why it's ok for Tech Ops and IFS to have CRP panels, but not ACS.

Do you have evidence that DL terminates a higher percentage of employees than at any other company including at other airlines?

because your notion that DL steps willy nilly over employees would have to have some end state that should be apparent for anyone to see.

you are smart... there are DOL filings in various states that should shed light on the termination rates and practices.
 
No, I stated there is no recourse with any sort of teeth for when said policies aren't adhered to.

I'm glad we have established respect for each other. It's a great place to start the conversation.

I get your preference for a union and I still say I would support you if it didn't involve a national union. I would be more than happy to tell you that a union was the next best thing since sliced bread if it involved a DL only union.

What I don't get is these repeated "DL's systems and procedures don't work" charges. If they don't, there has to be some evidence that the company uses it to their benefit.

can you show me SOME evidence that DL actually benefits by what you charge is their shifting policies and lack of clear procedures?

IF you have a trip to the third you get REIMBURSED!   
If you don't have a car in NYC DELTA provides a "CREW Runner" to ALL THREE airports and guess

Not according to FAs on the WCDFA Facebook page they dont.
 
Better go on their page and see what DL FAs are saying.
