CONTRACT UPDATE:

Best part about all of this is Randy won't be around to rejoin the negotiations team once this is voted out. The New officers will transition to the negotiations team.
Contract Info Page

Timmy,
You forget to mention, that this will be long over before Oct, when who ever wins takes office. Your little buddies can't do anything about it. Lets keep on subject and talk about the TA, not a personal agenda.

Shame on you Bagfather. You surprise me! With how involved you are on this board, I would think you of all people, would go to your local meetings every month! You should know your way there by now! Don't tell me you are only involved online and not at your local. I'm sure they would be delighted to have you there!

Rescue 911 here......

URFF....I think you took that the wrong way......There are those who have never been but want to vote. His reference was to that. I've seen BF there.

urbff
It all in the wording.

Employees may shift swap off their regular scheduled shift up to (26) times per calendar
quarter. Local policy may be less restrictive.

Just because they may do it don't mean they will. If it don't say they have to do it then there is no guarantee.

The Company will accomplish OEI
no later than six (6) months following ratification.

Could happen sooner or it could happen exactly when it says it has too.

ATTENTION CLT FLEET SERVICE
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Quite simply…he said this… “I felt that this agreement was not what you guys indicated to me, that would be acceptable for Charlotte Fleet Service!â€￾

roabilly,

I agree that this T/A was done without anybody speaking for the members. In that I applaud MF for his resolve. However I do disagree with that statement, Charlotte Fleet Service. It should read ALL OF FLEET SERVICE, not just CLT. It implies that those who fight for us are only protecting their own, and not the whole group. I am sure that he meant ALL OF FLEET SERVICE though.

Hear yahhh... I'll fix it if there's time to edit !

This doesn't apply to the west. We took pay cuts because we stopped shipping mail and cargo. I have off-load a lot of mail and cargo for a company that doesn't ship them. Think! I have been tied to the whipping post for far to long.

Dougie equals Lorenzo.

Please please please remember the past to see the future.

Dearest orioleman,
Silly you! It seems you are still misunderstanding this. OEI is six months after we vote this in. The east guys under the intrim agreement are whole. The guys under the 60 day rule who are back not under the intrim get their senority after we vote it in, first day of first pay period. The guys returning get the senority date they had when they left in the mean time. The 60 day rule is gone as of OEI.

Now starting on the transition date, we only need to worry if a city has less than 14 jets a week, with this. Not that scary east nonsense of 56 a week. It's very easy to understand boys. VOTE YES SAVE JOBS!
Urbff,
Huh?
Voting yes will eliminate 18 stations, minimum. Bottom line. Kindly defend your unclear conclusion.

I understand the 14 flight thingy you mention but you need to be more honest and instead of looking at the transition date like Randy points to, you ought to tell people the truth and point them to the 'drop dead' language at Dec 2011 which eliminates all 18 stations that fall below 28 flights. If you are a east sider then you alredy know that each station that has been 'called out' on a list like this has been gone 100% of the time. I think it's up to 60 stations gone now. Trust me, the company will make sure that they put a saturday schedule in there and a computer tally of all flights so they can contract out each station that Randy allowed them to.
Also, tell the truth about how the insourcing language has now been eliminated so that they go bye bye forever.

Those 18 stations are gone and they don't even know it. OTOH, this contract gets voted out, those stations are preserved and Hemenway can't get to them, just like he can't get to them now.

I know you say this contract saves jobs but I think Hemenway has other plans and that's the reason why he eliminated the strong language these 18 stations have. I'll go with Hemenway since he signed it and you didn't. he knows a thing or two why he did.

Please enlighten us on exactly how you are going to save these jobs? Does my eyes deceive me about this "Drop Dead" date of Dec 2011?

regards,

Everyone here!

I just thought I might add to this board that whatever you think of my opinions on things, I don't consider myself a know-it-all. Far from it. I am not smart

enough to come up with contractual language the likes of what we've seen the last 8 months. But, I will research as much as I can because the language

was in there for a reason and you never know when it might pertain. With that I will say that the COC/ Pay Parity language pertains. I'm not trying to sway

your vote. I'm just showing the research and with that I make my decision.

Stand solid no matter who/what/where/whenever you vote. We're all We have............TOGETHER

We do not need any more infighting between class I and class II. That is the only reason I brought it up. TY and thank all of CLT for sticking with EVERYBODY on this one.

So right. Stop the infighting, remember we our all brothers, we must help each other. The enemy is out there not in here!! WE fight on two fronts. Stand strong my brothers.

Yahh may wanna re-think that...We have enemy in our midst … both Union, and Company… maybe urbff can help us identify them!

Hey! We want to believe you guys with your years of experience, but you haven't yet convinced anyone West of the Mississippi that the CIC holds water. The pay scale and conditions look REALLY GOOD!

Try, as you might, the WEST is going for this TA!

That is what I'm saying two fronts! We have enemies every where! Urbff at least has the stroke to show what and who she is. A puppet that has no choice but to drink the kool-aid.

I'd love to sell each of the people that vote yes to this a car.

They'd say the price is to high, then I'd come back to them with even a higher price, and they'd say OK.

I think you missed my point , our union is WEAK and the COC is worthless , read the arbiters decision . we have no leverage and thus that’s why we’re seeing the contract that we have today . If I were Al , I’d have no incentive to give you a penny more .

Freedom Sweetie,
You are so smart. I love the things you tell us! Thanks!
