Apparently you don't know the RLA nor the NMB's policies, once the NMB declares Single Carrier Status you fall under the IAM CBA which will be changed by transition negotiations to bring all the former HP AMT's under the IAM/US CBA.

And 700UW is an Airbus A319, not a B737-400.
