I.A.M VS I.B.T

Watch what you wish for you might get both, Cut in pay and vacation, sick and more with the IAM.
Yeah!! Wouldn't that be wonderful to join the "I've had more taken away than you ever had, we're gonna raise your dues some more, you weren't there but I was, it wasn't the union that screwed us it was Judge Mitchell, it's been since 1949, try again, don't let the facts get in your way" club.

soon to be in concessions again...
fuel soon will bring you the wonderful experiences of wage and benefits givebacks.
don't count your chickens....

Dell it really shows that you are a true IAM supporter - you are planning contract concessions before the company even ask. Now that is true IAM.

Go IAM!! (Sarcasm intended)

Funny how the ibt conveniently left out scope language comparisons.
IAM-all narrowbody airbus aircraft all heavy mtc and 50% of the B737s heavy mtc.
ibt= heavy mtc performed by Timco in Macon, GA, Lake City, FL and Macon, GA and by Aeroman in San Salvador, El Salvador.
Ironic that this was not compared.
There is nothing to compare since we were not doing Heavy MX when the IBT contract went in to effect in 98 Remember Frankie sent it out in 95. Although we have started the phase checks program since then. ONE FOR THE IBT

IAM on the other hand has given up 39% of there Heavy MX.
Your Widebody Airbus Heavy MX is currently being done at Air Canada, and (50%) of the 737, all 757, 767 Heavy MX is done at Mobile Aerospace.
How mamy of your 102 737 are being returned? More work going out the door.

Try comparing APPLES to APPLES not APPLES to WHO KNOWS WHAT.

P.S. SINCE UNION REPRESENTATION
IAM furloughs 51% IBT furloughs .02%

Oops.......didn't know Bird Doctor made the above post. I will carry forward from another thread.

...Let's not shall we. I am not going to go through chasing down duplicate post on multiple threads (again). Post a link to your comment in another topic if you wish, but do not keep posting (copy/paste) comments in multiple topics. Thanks

You KILL Me LOLOOLOLOLOLOLOL :mf_boff:

your numbers fail to mention the 100% IBT can't get back in house...
you also fail to digest the real possibility of another famous U failed POR for the fourth time....its coming.been there done that.about a year from now if it keeps going, flying will be down, costs will be up...read an article the other day said theres a surplus of seats in the aviation industry....was just like pre 9/11.
all the majors have gone BK or wrestled givebacks from their workgroups....so everyones on the same playing field...just like pre 9/11.
so if all the majors have reduced costs and theres a glut of seats.....
and fuel at over two times the cost they planned for too?
hows the grand POR going to succeed in the same type market environment that they tried to get relief from the courts in the first place?
looks alot to me like not much has changed as far as the competition.
what, the new us air's stock has been quoted as inflated in value by what, some 300%?
not really a LCC either.....
prepare to have them eat your lunch....again.
GIVEBACK 2007
jerry says
you too can become one of jerrys kids :mf_boff:

ROFL.....the real problem is that it's their dog. Wednesday is the dog's day off so it won't be there to bit anyone, so they will stand and say good things about the dog hoping that it won't bit next time... Very good analogy.... :)
