How about you keep that and we will keep what happened after that?

Unless you'll begin by jumping into the Wayback machine and doing the work and flying of the east people since 2005: You're already experiencing "what happened after that". That you would cheerfully disregard that work and don't personally like "what happened after that" comes as no surprise, but is of concern to none here but yourself.

cleardirect: "Sure that sounds fair the the other pilots at this airline." Since when is it at ALL proper to suddenly concern yourself with notions of what's fair? The whole west defense of your position has been based on the idea that fair's solely within the eye of the beholder, which was, according to your side; strictly limited to the eye of nic. Since you're not Mr. Nic: Aren't you grossly overstepping your insignificant self by even using the term "fair"? ;)

Umm...The couch seems a bit more tear-soaked than usual. Need another fresh box of tissues today?

The US Airways pilots brought 1700 furloughed pilots and bunch of trashed airplanes and a bankrupt company. How about you keep that and we will keep what happened after that?

A bunch of trashed our airplanes? Really? Let's see, AWA had some of the oldest 757s and A320s(you still do) in the world, and a mixed bag of 737. And you want to talk about trashed out. I rode to Maui in one in '07 and was amazed. Patched sidewall panels that were peeling and the monitor just rolled in vertical all the way there.

US also brought what turned out to be the most profitable part of the airline and what allowed you to be merging with AA.

You are something else.

But not bowing to being place under duress? No, I can't say that I regret that. I still have my honor, at least my own sense of it. I don't hold any ill will for the average east line pilot now, nor will I when all this is over.

I can understand that and I do think our leaders failed us in that area. I think sometimes the duress was meant more for ALPA in an attempt to make them move, but at you guys too. And wherever that damned rookie comment from, well, it's amazing how one stupid word can so do so much damage.

One thing I will certainly give you credit. More than any west poster on here you have done what what you think was right and didn't gripe about the concequenses. You haven't lumped us in the same boat and called us scabs, thieves and thugs every day. That is much appreciated.

Sure. The most profitable that must be why us airways filed BK twice.

The problem with USAir was that for 10 yrs we had managers who were robbing the bank and didn't give a crap about the operation....all they wanted to do was sell the airline and line their pockets.

The employees and operation have proven their worth since the merger. However, you continuously trash their character, junior. You don't have a clue.

Check back in 25 years, then give us your opinion of what it takes to be able to survive.

Whine, whine, give us more excuses. How it was everyone's fault but yours. I believe that the east pilots said the same thing about Doug Parker.

If you could have only proven your theory to the bank and the arbitrator.

Key word SINCE the merger. As a stand alone airline US Airways was done. The arbitrator knew that the bankers knew that.

You can keep trying to change the facts but the facts are the Nicolau award will be the seniority list going onto the merger with american.

Cry to them about how valuable you think you are.

I don't believe I whined and I didn't stutter.

Reread my post....

Basically, I told you to go **** yourself, junior.

You can live in the past or you can move forward. If you don't, you'll be living this arguement for the rest of your life! We the same stuff every week.

My apologizes Clear.....

I should have said,....."On behalf of all of the East employees who have spent most of their lives on this job......go **** yourself, junior."

Still an angry little man, I see. Well, at least you are no longer using your daughter on your avatar while you post such venom.

I can't wait to see how angry you get when the Nic is used in the next integration.
