Hummel's letter is filled with lies. I detest liars.

The company claimed that usapa did not want a ruling from the court. usapa filed to dismiss for reasons of ripeness. Provable lie by usapa.

Hummel said the west threatened to stop the merger. Provable lie by usapa. Read the letter to the parties.

The facts point to usapa having the counter view point.

I did read it again. It threatens to file suit and request a TRO if you don't get you way. I doesn't specify about what they want the TRO to cover. When I read "The west pilots supported this merger from the start, have no interest in delaying it now, and have no doubt that your clients favor legitimate seniority integration. That said, the West pilots must do whatever is needed to defend the Nicolau Award" I take you at your word. WHATEVER IT TAKES TO GET OUR WAY. Gun to their head. Make sure you have it aimed the right way as I feel very confident that Parker will take it away from you and use it on you if you threaten his merger.

Yesterday usapa filed a motion to expedite with the ninth circuit.

The company has called out usapa for delaying court resolution or demanding the company put themselves in the path of liability.

Would one of you east pilots living on the planet usapia explain to me what you think the best outcome for east pilots would be with a decision from the ninth circuit? In other words what is the best decision the ninth circuit can give usapa in the companies declaratory judgment appeal.

The ante was just raised. Put up or shut up. Game on.

The last two paragraphs from the letter sent to the APA and the Company.
Clearly the west did not say that we are trying to stop the merger. In fact the letter said we support the merger.

Is there anyone at usapa that can actually read and understand the written word?

You guys voted overwhelmingly to accept the MOU, which represents moving on. Then your "Marty" sends threatening letters to all involved, not a good move.

After accepting the idea of moving on, the threatening letters represent the idea of causing trouble, instead of moving on.

Bottom line is that you guys and your dream of the NIC is toast, especially after your vote on the MOU.

Check mate!

Nowhere have the west pilots said or threatened to stop the merger. That is just another lie by usapa. More fear from the President to create more division among Us Airways pilots. Proving once again that usapa is only about east pilots.

Guys like you we're saying the same thing about snapbacks and LoA93. Quit being such an ass. Hummel's letter today doesn't give an indication that our leadership thinks the west has voted to move on.

Awe... look who's back after his late night childish meltdown.

To which I responded:

And by the response I got, looks like many people here agreed with me.

You feeling better today, sunshine?

do you have anything at all that is constructive to add to the discussion, or are you just trying to be a dick? You posts are just adolescent behavior.

Can YOU read and understand the written word? = "That said, the West pilots must do whatever is needed to defend the Nicolau Award."....?

While you're strugging with that; would you also be so kind as to explain where any "logic" is to found within the following absurdity?

"We also contend that usapa has already violated that duty by entering into the MOU without a provision that requires the implentation of the Nicolau list." Umm...didn't your group OVERWHELMINGLY vote in favor of accepting this very same MOU that's supposedly violating your dfr rights? What more direct representation can be offered than for you to individually vote for or against any measure to be potentially adopted? Umm...Let me guess = "It didn't fairly represent us, so we're suing!"...."Ummm....Even though almost ALL of us voted for it!" Is it even possible that's the case here!? Can anyone (with a well developed sense of humor) please try and explain the "thinking" there?

So the Nic isn't dead after all, you say...

Correct. It's not dead. It's a footnote. A good fairy tale reference as to why the largest airline pilot union in the world failed. The actual new largest airline pilot union in the world is about to hit the ignore button. Watch.

Guys like me? I am the poster child for being an ass?

That's the weakest post you have every made.

The West vote speaks volumes.

"That said, the West pilots must do whatever is needed to defend the Nicolau Award."

From Webster's.....

threat:
1. : an expression of intention to inflict evil, injury, or damage

This comes across like Malcolm X.....by any means necessary!

Other than the merger itself, the decision of the West pilots to vote for the MOU in such a unified manner is the single biggest news item of the transaction. Huge. Read: Company and USAPA very happy. Wow.
