Why don't you fill us in on "why" the parties were named? What were the charges, actually acknowledged by the court?

As to history, why not fill us in on why one “party” was let off the hook, after confessing in the first PHX base meeting?

That was only after crazy Suzy and her kids were asked to leave the meeting, being she was a dues deadbeat.

Greeter
No one confessed to anything. I did go there to ask them why the hell they named me for posting on a web board. You can ask them why they released me. Because to this day, frankly I don't know.

That's not a lie.

You wanted "out", but did not want your fellow AOL pilots to know you caved. We felt pity on you, but all agreed you were a rat abandoning ship. Have you no loyalty to anyone? So sad, so very sad. I had no idea you were that individual. Now I have a pitiful face with a name.

Not quite. If I had caved, I would not have told Seham that settlement was bullshit when he brought it up again. Or I should say tried to bring it up, because I cut him off mid sentence. You guys can twist it, but you can't alter the truth. I walked out of there with no action taken, why did usapa follow through on releasing? I'm one of two westies in a room full of easties including the lead lawyer, I tell him his settlement is bullshit, and I'm the coward? I went there to look at the people that did that to me in thd eye and see what they had to say for themselves.

If you were there that day it narrows who you are down. Makes you one of the original scum bags that started usapa.

As far as why usapa let one off. For the very reason you cite. To point to a west guy and try and get the rest to think he ratted them out. Did not work. He did not rat anyone out.

You did none of the above, especially cutting off Seham mid-sentence. Liar. NO settlement was discussed with you. Only after you left did Seham suggest to certain individuals that you be removed from the complaint. You looked nobody "in the eye."

I appreciate your honesty and integrity at the meeting, I really do. But you trash it all with your fantasy recreation of events.

Oh I listened to Seham talk plenty, but when he tried to bring up that settlement again I most certainly did cut him off. I didn't sign that settlement now did I? You can paint me however you like I suppose, there is nothing I can do about that.

You lie. No settlement was discussed with you. At all. NONE.

But you keep "painting" yourself.

I still think of you with much more respect than most, at least you were candid and open about regretting your actions.

For the life of me, I cannot understand why you would ever bring this up. You were honest and let off the hook. I don't remember USAPA ever bringing your case up publically. We all felt you were sincere, and dropped it. There was never any attempt to "out" you or even categorize your honesty in what happened. We indeed had internal opinions, but did not share them outside our group.

And as a lesson to you all, posting even on an anonymous web board can have repercussions.

We all felt you were sincere, and dropped it. There was never any attempt to "out" you or even categorize your honesty in what happened. You simply posted in support of certain actions, and regretted it. That is all.

You see it very differently, I'm done trying to convince you otherwise. Truthfully, I don't know why I brought it up. Probably because it bothers me to still see this case twisted so, and I can't help myself. It should never have happened. I did nothing wrong. And I believe even you know that.

Seham did try to bring up the settlement. He didn't do it directly at first, but he tried to bring up the link on the website, which of course was the settlement. That's when I cut him off. So of course there never was any 'discussion of the settelment.' If you recall, I said "yeah yeah I know all about that settlement and it's bullshit." After which nothing more was said about that.

Who could posibly have ever been "ratted...out" and for what activities? Hasn't it always been claimed that none out west ever did anything at all illegal, immoral or even slightly wrong at any level? Your noting the viable possibility of "the rest" suffering "ratted them out" directly implies otherwise. No one could be ratted out if none did anything wrong....right? :)

I've long wondered: Just how many/what total weight of "Integrity Matters" T-shirts does an average, infantile slime ball need to don in order to fantasize that he/she truly has ANY "Integrity" at all? ;)

That's right, he did what he thought was fair with no input from us.

Now we get to live with the result.

I don't know about you, but I haven't had to "live with the result" of the NIC to this day and it looks to me, that I never will. A three way slotting by equipment and seat with reasonable fences, based on a snapshot taken at the POR, I can live with. Even though I still believe straight DOH to be preferable, I also realize that it's no longer in "vogue" in today's world of what's "perceived" to be "fair" and equal for all, an impossibility! Simpler, is always better.

I am about both representing all US Airways pilots and most specifically my PHX based pilots. I have made no secret of my stand on USAPA's failed attempt to secure DOH at the detriment of my PHX based pilots. USAPA was formed primarily for the purpose of evading the Nicolau seniority list (Bradford Letter). A collective bargaining agent can not pick and choose which parts of contracts, letters of agreement, and arbitrations they wish to adhere to.

I don't hate USAPA. I hate the actions of past leaders & the USAPA faithful as they attempted to "break" the West pilot class with various persecutions & litigations.

Have a great night Jamie.
U 2, Dave.

Oh, and.....SYIC!
