Sorry, when Michael Dale gets wound-up he is just too much fun to let it go.
You mean like this little PM I was recently gifted?

"What wager"?

A bit of harmless and mostly safe aerial recreation. ..not to be confused with "war", which would likely make a mighty "spartan" crybaby like you piss your pants and scream for Mommy! 5-10k$ or up/down as you would have it, just to keep some degree of interest. You get to pick any "Fighter Fantasy" setting, or similar, if not directly titled, that serves the same purpose. I'd insist that you feel content with the venue before engaging. It's about FLYING, not any con/scam BS. I don't need your money, to say the least, and the amounts suggested are just to offer a more "real" degree of "feel" to the experience, which hardly compares to life vs death. You pre-determine how many "engagements" to decide the victor. The terms must be understood that only the "tourists" fly the planes...which, yes, I'll admit...I can "speak the language" to any hosting such places, so as to ensure that's done...unless you would rather have the instructor fly "your" plane, of course, with you as merely an "heroic" AWA "pilot"/passenger?...In which case...good luck with even that

Up for it kid?...Umm..I mean "fellow Pilot"? C'mon...Typical of you AWA punks: You love to shoot your mouths off. So: Are you a "Pilot" or not?

Jurik, it is a good thing you got the extra name for when Move2 got tabled. Your fine and true personality shines through as the desperation mounts.

Can you imagine the literary conundrum he faces every post.
Must be killin him (dca319) not using Boo Boo any more.

I must have missed it...where in the MOU does it say we will ever be voting on a JCBA? Where in the MOU does it say that we haven't now ratified and defined a process and general timeline that will lead to a common contract...without further ratification necessary? While certainly a lot of undecideds remain to be decided before we'll be working under a common contract, that eventuality is certain...similar to any CBA that has new provisions and that simply require a certain amount of time prior to implementation.

I'm guessing it's ripe...and if not, at least we won't be time-barred waiting for it to become ripe.

I didn't think we would vote again, but your reps do. Oh CB, what's up with that? From the last PHX udate:

"While it leaves a huge pain in your wallet, we would urge each and every one of you objectors, non-members & members in bad standing to join this last sortie. We will likely have at least one more vote to accept a Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (between USAPA & APA). This document is all but complete because your Negotiating Advisory Committee and the APA Negotiating Committee have laid the foundation, walls, roof, siding, etc. Just some finish work to get it done!"

So, what's the timeline on this DJ? We haven't finished the last one, have we?

You'll find the APA taking over in a few months and moving this forward and, unlike us, they'll take what AoL is throwing at them a bit more seriously. I can't wait to see the shock and indignation from Gunther and the like when we get out clocks cleaned. Same hubris we had going into snapbacks, even into this merger, is again rearing its ugly head.

Is it hard staying in character? The APA will take over in a few months? What's a few to you?

I just got this PM from luv: Did you find the bio jangles in PHL? C con sukah

He won't tell me what it means. Anyone able to decipher it?

He thinks you're move2clt, a west poster we haven't seen in a while.

Well, I have always referred to eastus as an asswipe. Is there any doubt?

..... Here is a headline: you're pilots, you're not that smart and all knowing. Vent over.

Lol, that made me think of a posters tag line on another forum I read, below:

"well we ain't the smartest folks in the world...i mean we're #### dirtbike riders for christ sakes.- BobbyM"

Try checking out the MOU, under sub numeral 1. I'm guessing you haven't read it or gone to a road show. Good guess?

Wrong on both counts...and nothing in Paragraph 1 regarding a ratification vote. Which brings me to the question, if the JCBA is indeed subject to membership ratification...why the JCBA arbitration specified in Paragraph 27?

Has your experience with Bloch been any better than with Nicolau?

Yeah, Dave caught a little flack over that one. Good idea for all of us to remain as MIGS for future votes and representative voices at the BPR...but I don't see a membership ratification vote specified in the MOU. If we do have one under APA, we will likely have the same amount of input and control as we had for the recent changes regarding furlough protection.

Regarding timeline on the DJ...sometime after USAPA is replaced by APA.

The difference between you and me as the fact I actually read the transcripts and go to the courthouse. If I have a question, I ask the attorney and not from any attorney USAPA has hired or fired.
So you "BELIEVE" ALL THE WEST pilots read the courts transcripts and all the EAST doesn't.

Man, you're out to lunch.
