Okay, I heard there was discussion and a resolution 8-3 passed to establish an ad hoc committee to determine how to distribute the 40mil.

Funny thing is usapa sent out a road plan for a merger brochure in which it said the 40 million would be distributed equally among ALL eligible pilots for a total of $10,000 per pilot!

Am I to now understand uscaba would like to renege on yet another agreement that it's membership voted for and is bound to represent that membership?

Make sure to keep the minutes from the meeting...there is a litigation hold and all!

To my knowledge, I am the only East pilot who has posted here that has even actually seen the complaint.

It has not been presented to the membership yet. So, although your plural on "nads" is indeed correct for me, your judgment of our collective concern/desperation is unfounded.

But I can guarantee even the most uninformed East pilot who sees the complaint will quietly laugh while mouthing “WTF.” A real boner, this one. The worst yet.

The MOU was SPECIFICALLY designated as a JCBA for all US Airways pilots. The company set the trap and you idiots dove head first into it. You need an LUP. There is absolutely, positively NO QUESTION your scab union needs to articulate an LUP. The MOU vote has exactly zero influence on that basic requirement...I know you all want to
torture reality into believing that the MOU affected the nic, but please recall one simple fact: collectively, the East scabs, ( all of you certainly included) are without question, the dumbest, most arrogant Mother F@&ckers in "organized" labor. You guys really can't ascertain your asses from a hole in the ground. So it's no wonder you continue full steam ahead ignoring the fact that YOU HAVE NO LUP. Again, a fact that WE ALL KNOW.

Nic, I heard the McKee thing second hand on the J/S today. When I got confirmation from a witness to the madness, I learned he was dug in deep on this, taking up a lot of time at the meeting. The REASON for the ad hoc committee was to get the issue off the floor and away from the lunatic.

I AGREE with you on the brochure. We were indeed promised an equal share based on eligibility. The methodology already exists for the distribution, they can just use our two 35M retirement distributions as an example. But no real worries, I am sure the ad hoc committee will do us right, I really mean that.

OF COURSE it means the top 250 East pilots. Sure. No legal challenges await that scheme. Sometimes, whether you admit it publicly or not, you must sit in disbelief how unbelievably fked up USAPA can be.
