This filing is a huge win for the East. One of three things will happen. It will get thrown out.....again, we win, or we will lose at the district level.....after a trial 6 months from now.....appeal to the 9th.....meanwhile, no seniority list integration with APA....a win for them....a win for the East....a huge blow to the West.....a loss and subsequent appeal by the East means at least 3 or 4 years without a seniority integration....APA will love it!!! Oh and that whole thing about USAPA going away? Not gonna happen.....USAPA LLC with 5 million in the bank to defend the US Airways pilots. This gets better and better every day!

Whiney? I just said i wasn't surprised. If USAPA would just do the right thing, both ethically and legally it wouldn't find itself constantly sued by everyone.
