My experience with TWU and the contract language, is that it is written in such a way that the membership often times has to get a clarification as to the true meaning or intent. Then, there are the backroom side letters. So, here you are having to scrutinize the contract language of what - 4 groups - for something that should have been a universal mechanism to right the pay disparity we have all suffered under. Yeah, it's BS.
