Ok so the Delta +7= $43.56 an hour,  we have to expect this at date of signing not over several years.

If $43.56 is the number then just say so now

Delta +7 on its own means nothing

Shouldn't be a problem, that's what happened with the FAs and pilots. Unless the association isn't up to the challenge of accepting money for its mechs

Did you include the 4% raise after the jcba is signed? I doubt AA will give us an 11% pay raise for nothing in return. Hell we gave things up for way less than that.

I am pretty sure we are talking about Delta + 3% and then 4% added to that for a total of 7%.  At least that is what Parker says.  If we get it or not is another story.  My bet is we take a discount for saving jobs.

how many times have I posted "beware of the dangling carrot"?

History will repeat itself as we have not learned from our past!

Not any more. We have been taking a discount for years to save jobs.....And WHERE are we now?
The jobs disappear anyway.

What's the 7% based on?   OVERALL PAY of 40.80 or base rate? 7 on the base is less of an increase as it does not include license or line premium.
Does it match inspector and crew chief pay?

I agree but I also am in Tulsa.  The local sells what the international is pushing.  For some reason the sheep here take anyone with a TWU shirt's word for Gospel but if you try to tell them something different (The truth) they won't believe you.  Very frustrating.

Delta +7 is nothing more than AA jingling a set of keys with an outstretched arm. Lookie over here not at the association trying to get control of you Pension!

Who says that the 7% is based on wages alone? What kind of pension / 401k does Delta have? What are Delta's vacation, sick and health insurance packages?

Forget Delta plus 7%. With the money AA is making now. Nothing less than Delta plus 15%.
The company said Delta+7% Lets see what the unions negotiate.
