i'd like to know where our trusted friends,hawk,strike facts,flyonthewall and the other "IAM supposed members "have been of late?
Very perceptive Dell. Where are those managment imps now.

I don't know much about the particulars, here. It does seem, the 'no room at the hangar' argument is pretty weak. But, aren't TRO's really mostly used to stop something that cannot be remedied?
A TRO is offten issued to prevent harm or injury from occuring. There can be a monitary settlement latter, but that may not help those who would have been recalled from furlow.

Yes I am on the edge of the chair on this one. :unsure:
FAST...be patient......news forthcomming 10-15.....i promise.
be advised.....it may be late in the eve.............

I doubt these individuals are management at all......but rather cowardly YES VOTERS that continually attempt to justify their participation in SADDAM LORENZO's concessionary assault on the employees. :down:

How do you like that job of your's now?? Too bad......LIVE WITH IT!!!

And do you know what?? It's far from over.

E-TRONS OUT.

I am a flight attendant and I have so many other things to be concerned about now. If a judge allows our company to outsource this work he should be ashamed. Our mechanics are the best and I trust them completely. I'm not sure that I will feel the same about the lowest bidder.
lets hold off on the speculation...hopefully the long delay in a response indicates the judges resolve to render an airtight opinion....either our way or the hiway......
let us hope together!

The question is,While the judge is making his decision,are the scabs in ALA. working on the Airbus that is already there?

Mike -
If there's no TRO, then there's nothing stopping them. If you had made this decision (with the PR and employee damage already done), wouldn't you go ahead with it as quickly as possible. Knowing the group in CCY, I would be shocked if they didn't have the work started at the first moment possible.

Titan,
I agree. There isn't anything that this group would do that would surprise me.Ijust haven't seen anything to indicate that they had started the work.
