"Your elected representatives wholly recognize that Arbitrator Nicolau’s decision complied with ALPA merger policy and consider it to be both final and binding. There will be no amendments or future negotiations regarding this award. What we do hope to convey to our east brothers and sisters is the importance of accepting results of the award so we can move forward together and achieve a contract that recognizes the contributions of both pilot groups to the new US Airways."
