I heard nothing but it would not surprise me one bit.
Need facts to the claim. That would be sweet justice if it was true.

Although it is only a rumor, I do believe if someone firmly believes this has happen they can file a complaint with NMB and or DOL, DOT, one of the gov enities to start an investigation and get the real facts out in the open. If there is the possibility of such illeagal acts being done by the teamsters (or any union) during a card drive then members have a right to file such complaints and have them investigated. I would highly recomend this to be done as I too would not be surprised that it is happening. The teamsters, as well as the TWU is getting very nervous at this point and will do anything to keep AMFA out at AA, including what you say you are hearing as rumors for now. Someone needs to look into this and report these actions to the gov controling card drive rules and regs. Good luck and pls keep us posted of any further findings...
