On the special checks they usually show up later in the week. Hopefully Wednesday or Thursday.Usually Epays shows payment info the Sunday before Friday payday.. Anyone know why Epays doesn't show our signing bonus and week of vacation payout for the 22nd,,, today?
That’s always a possibility until it’s in my bank. My crew chief and stewards think we will get it. We will see.Well.. my guess is we are all going to get scammed out of it...
More doom and gloom towards AA from the analyst folks.

I’ve read similar stories maybe even from this same writer.More doom and gloom towards AA from the analyst folks.
I'm not so sure AA would go away. Pretty sure the gov. would try and help save it from disappearing just because of its name alone. Pretty sure they could get back on their feet after another BK filing, although they will be one of the smallest airlines out there afterwards IMO.
Strap in folks, come Oct 1st it's gonna get rough if the flying does not improve...

The troubling thing is the amount of debt aa carries. I read an article that 40 billion in debt will be difficult to service as a 30% smaller airline without a bankruptcy. Spmething that makes sense to me but Who knows? Time will tellI’ve read similar stories maybe even from this same writer.
Truth is nobody knows where this mess will end for any of the airlines.
I think AA will most likely try and get through this but like the others much smaller, which unfortunately means layoffs.
If the travel doesn’t return mid next year than bankruptcy is very likely.
Either way it’s going to be very difficult for all involved
Yes I do understand that’s an issue and I do imagine they will try and restructure that debt and now is a time to do that with these historically low ratesThe troubling thing is the amount of debt aa carries. I've heard lots of different numbers on the debt load... what exactly is it and what is it for?The troubling thing is the amount of debt aa carries. 12 billion was used for stock buy back program. The rest was used for new headquarters. airplanes facilities equipment etc. Mostly pissed away. Aa had like 25 billion in debt before this started. The next bankruptcy im pretty sure they will dump the pensions.I've heard lots of different numbers on the debt load... what exactly is it and what is it for?
Airplanes? They'll give them back.... payroll? They can chop that... facilities? Those can be shrunk...

They rework debt even in good term.Bankruptcy is always a possibility, it is a tool to relieve debt. The airline that files will have an advantage over the others.,and fly for the next 50 years ,Public won't blink an eye.How many familiar retailers filed in the last week? It's going to be a a familiar word in the months to follow.Might even be a good idea.A lot of law lawfirms gonna be making a whole lot of money. Yes we going get screwed .Yes I do understand that’s an issue and I do imagine they will try and restructure that debt and now is a time to do that with these historically low rates
