T/A available online tomorrow

Informational rollout on 3/17 and 3/19 at the Westin on North end of airport

Vote 3/26. Space secured at DFW for voting
So here we are the next day. Is the T/A on line as you were told? If so can someone supply a link so we can read through it??
 
Once the INTERNATIONAL feels that he will and is pushing the AMFA card drive they will offer him a seat at the international!!

Give me a union card to sign. I'll vote the Association out after seeing this gem:

American Airlines negotiators included a provision that would allow the company to “immediately” eliminate many of the medical plans for any workgroup that loses union membership with the Association.

This is 1000% (yes, 1000, there's not an accidental zero) unacceptable. A Union CANNOT be permitted to include a poison pill for their own protection. I don't care if they say the Company insisted on it. This is straight up corrupt underhanded and unethical BS.
Just another move by the company and asso. working together to screw the mechanic and related and any other group who wishes to change representation. Not sure if that language is even legal and binding as it is just not right to remove benefits from "employees" just because their union representation changed.
Did you guys expect any different from this company and asso who are in bed with each-other? Just more reasons to get out from under the asso. for the asso. to agree to this being in the contract speaks volumes.
Time to suck it up boys. It would still be well worth it to rid the asso. and get AMFA in. So what if they were to attempt a change to the medical, so you will simply go back to what you have always had guys. The IAM'ers will go to the TWU medical, so what, still well worth it. Just an example of what will get revealed on T/A day when the details are released. I smell record cards coming in in April...

I think the company did actually agree, it was sold this way.
if there is IS PRESENTATIONAL CHANGE WE ALL BECOME iam then company obligated on giving all, the iam health plan..

Another reason for all twu to sign an amfa card........

Very blatant and threatening. Amazes me that the membership pays union dues to get treated like this. Your paying to get screwed by your own legal representative. You wonder who's looking out for whos best interest?
 
What a S H I T show this association is, why we don’t have the required cards yet I’ll never understand.

Close. So I can remind you of what the asso. promised and did not come thru with.
Stay tuned as the details come out and pay attention to "ALL" the numbers and work rules.
And I bet you believe the asso. when they say this is an Industry Leading contract don't you? It's not, far from it.

Another Danker update...3/11/20


Looks like Tulsa will have a difficult time handling the large number of voters at the hall. Not enough space for parking for a one day vote. Too much too fast. Not enough time to do this properly. Line stations will probably have the same logistical issues when we vote on the 26th.
So far no information on voting procedures and locations.

Everyone involved in negotiating these contracts recommend a YES vote and encourage you to do your part by voting in the ratification.

Holidays... New Year. MLK. President day. Memorial day. Independence day. Labor. Thanksgiving n the day after as well as xmas.

Also pay for sida badge renewal.

6 weeks vacation 29 yrs n up.
