I probably needed a little dose of humility honestly. My feet are now firmly back on solid ground.

But?
I knew you would land on your feet. I trust the golf course greens are safe for now?

Now get back in Parker, Weels face and get our prefund match...
I'm going to leave that bit of business to my new (old) President here. You know. One of the guys that accepted that "upon the successful completion" language.

I look forward very much to seeing him fight for his members.

Seriously W, your questioning of Parker and Jim on our money in the Miami Town Hall was both impressive and appreciated. But yes, how can I forget that little huge clause in the language. One with lack of clarity other than it keeping the money out of our hands.

Is this a new deal for Hawaiian? That reserve stuff is not worth the effort to work at an airport. I know they are a much smaller airline but that's awful. If that is their new TA I'd hate to see what they are working under now. And for the union to bring something like that to the members is even worse. Looks like a bankruptcy deal a judge shoves on you. Sad.
they also agreed to a concessionary clause that if any other union negotiated away profit sharing then it would be eliminated for the ramp. The contract is absolutely horrible and is a clear indicator that they wont be organizing delta.

If you're going to quote something, then you should be more accurate...."upon the successful resolution..."

Semantics buddy. "OF THE 1114"

Any clue who the bozo or bozo's were who got hoodwinked by that one?

Here's another dandy some bozo was selling.

Accept the concessionary agreement and the judge will look favorably (kindly) on us if they go Bankrupt.

NOT!!!!!!

Bozo's

Oh how about this one.

Let's exchange the Profit Sharing for some raises now. They're NEVER going to make Billions so it's a great deal.

Thanks AA. My ex now current Jan 1 Local President thought it was a waste of time. He didn't even go to those town halls? (No Balls) Probably too afraid that Jim Weel might point him out and say talk to that guy, he knew?

Well thankfully that guy will never be anywhere near that negotiating table. He may be allowed to hang down the hall by the soda machines though watching the other Presidents coats for them?

Yes, the lawyers you profusely defended and held in high esteem during and after the bankruptcy. An opinion that only changed after your ill-fated attempt to run for office.

Again, you championed this very decision and defended it to the highest degree...of course that was before you climbed over that fence you cherish so much.

Down the hall is better than being on the sidewalk.....smoking.

You love to talk down to people on these pages and later get riled when someone does the same to you. That's childish and immature, but then again....consider the source.

Good luck with your patches on Jan. 1st

Oh harsh words. Yes I did. I WAS WRONG!

But then again I wasn't one of the Bozos tasked with representing or protecting the membership. That task fell to another who was supposed to become the new TWU information man, lol. Jeez can you even begin to imagine? Yikes. Well thank God those winds blew against him.

You're right again. Talking down to people is a failing of mine and I got what I deserved for it. I accept that failing of mine and will work on correcting it. But at least I'm not a liter, cheater and a man with no integrity or honor.

That falls on you.

If I'm not a liter, then am I a gallon?
