2015 Fleet Service thread

85% passage
15% did not favor

Implication of Mr Nelson is that 85% of UAL members are dumb and stupid I suppose?

Meanwhile Mr Nelson made a video on the subject (sucking back a few brewskies as well) where he was unable to make a recommendation on how others who he does not work with should have voted?

Assumption would have been that Mr Nelson if now so adamant against the deal would have been able to make and explain his personal recommendation of a no vote in that video.

Mr Nelson would you care to share your video if you have not deleted it? Let the readers see the confusion you conveyed in that laughable travesty that I would have to say is your life.
I hadn't the time to do a full frontal assault on the United TA as it became apparent that the money grab was far enough to close eyes and ears. In the video, I said the TA was a disaster although I could understand people voting for it [money grabbing]. Sorry but a 35 flight limit; no full time protections; no part time cap; no tweaking of the health care; no enhancement of most of the other articles; is just plain wrong when a company is making 5 billion dollars. Management loved that contract as it is going to become a complete disaster for IAM members.

regards,

And 85% of the voting member employees of that airline obviously disagree with you.

But then again I'm sure you're smarter then the extreme majority right? LMFAO.

video not withstanding an agreement without pt limits is a recipe for disaster I don't care if it was 100% pass
Yeah I don't understand why no cap LOA even in through our bankruptcies and our on the brink of liquidation times they always seemed ok with the percentage we had. I'd have to ask 700 if he knows if they went after it in negotiations. They had us down to $15 an hour at one point and never went after the cap as far as I know

And I agree Rat. But it wasn't something unfortunately they had so it also wasn't something they lost. And if you read what T5 said when they went nuclear with it, it totally blew up in managements face and UAL suffered big time in customer satisfaction.

I don't expect them to try it again unless they have an extreme financial issue and have to try to run the operation on a skeleton crew?

I hope our entire industry is past those days?

You need to stick with LAA because you are clueless on things. Yes, United always had a part time cap, just not in TA2. Yes, it made it through bankruptcy.

At any rate, it's shameful how you can just discount it, whether someone had it or not. If we lose it, I will push against you and others who want to cash only. I know you.

You know if I said even half the things he claims I've said that would make me a real prick. When are they going to build that damn BLOCK feature into Forums?

Very funny and true though Worldport. After Tims last video people in ORD on the AA side have started calling him Sybil. Wow did they get that mental nail on the head big time.

Tim pushed 85% into voting YES for that horrible UAL contract. Oh I hope he makes a video for us too?

"Vote it down, Vote it down"

Maybe we'll hit a 95% YES if he does it?
