My admittedly Jurassic era business school training must differ with you there Clax. AWA had the very least to offer anyone, lowest pay, no pension/no aviation industry respect/etc, and thus had to "trim" their expectations of applicants appropriately. See listings under "You get what you pay for"/etc. Given their management though; one must wonder whether washing out of USAF pilot training, wearing purple wigs and tutus, and/or having at least 4 criminal convictions for drunken behavior wasn't perhaps possibly, even considered a "plus"?....? 😉
One thing's an absolute certainty: AWA never performed even the slightest testing for basic intelligence (or even just essential sanity at ANY levels)....Seriously, HOW else can one even possibly begin to attempt to explain the following?...Oh "Lords and Ladies?..."Battles"...."Knights"...."War"..."We dire wolves of westerfeld"..."Our inevitable victories"...."The dragons at AMR"..."fellow knights"..."that makes us mighty"? I must honestly note that I've never before seen or even imagined the likes of such "professionals" anywhere else within the aviation community....
