I've always called USCABA a fake union but this is getting absurd. These scabs don't seem to understand that their little LLC in North Carolina can't possibly have "national" officers or any unwilling members whatsoever. If these idiotic scabs don't return every dime to all the pilots they're dumber than I thought...which is pretty fking hard to believe.
The FBI was absolutely correct.

A friend had to ride with Gabeldon this year. A very surly and profane pilot. No manners whatsoever, and conducts himself in a very unprofessional manner with his remarks and hate filled comments.
Even his F/O apologized. The west pilots are extremely edgy these days. Their flight deck manners at an embarrassingly low point. One might think the reality is setting in.
Gabeldon helped Braid compile that ridiculous presentation which had the AA pilots rolling their eyes. They could barely suppress guffaws.
The American pilots call your ridiculous organization " Leonardo...."

Sure seems nobody wants the west, a shame Project Zanzibar did not happen.

9 then Claxon the 9 again. Over and over again. Where do you and Love9 dream up this crap? Brokeback Mountain? Get back I your tent.

I find it amazing that eastholes like "Phoenix" can comment that arbitration is only as good as a contract and, in their minds, meaningless.  To make a statement as in post 12254 above (can't get the quote function to work) demonstrates a crass disregard for contract law (yes, LAW) and an absolute lack of integrity at any level.

I don't believe the APA will stand for such a mentality and look forward to seeing it crushed.  You are the new minority and won't be getting your way any longer.  From now on it is business on a business level.  The Nic list as a starting point is the path of least resistance for the company and APA and when it is finally used you can console yourselves with the fact that you did manage to delay the inevitable for eight years and, yes, all of your formerly furloughed pilots had the opportunity to upgrade because the Nic was not in use for that time.

Really? Perhaps "you'se" should examine the APA's notorious history with all their previous sli mergers before flashing your pom poms and "Integrity Matters" T-shirt around in the breeze.  I find it amazing that anyone can have achieved the age of even 16 or so, and still be so hopelessy ignorant and fully delusional.

"I don't believe the APA will" do anything but bwing me the cute widdle bow-wibboned pony I've always wanted. After all; they're also paradigms of "Integrity" and must wealize how twuwy speshul us cute widdle "spartans" are too! They must just wuv us and hate the "eastholes"! ;) I'm past imagining that suggesting the thought of growing up to "you'se" will have any effect. Good luck with your fantasies kids.

Look what two Alka Seltzer and a cold shower brought back to life on a Sunday morning. No wonder it rambles and doesn't make a bit of sense. Sleep it off.

Dream on young spartan. Somebody educate this youngster.

It's the sociopath mentality of a few easties... Like the USAP Martin... put one in the drink, kill a few people and just walk (swim?) away from the scene.  They are pathetic individuals.

I know this is a very important issue to you, but the rest of the world really doesn't care. You might get some AA pilots that tell you that the east ' s actions were terrible, as I get some that tell me the Nic was an abomination. But 99% want what what's best for them and couldn't care less about our deal - unless it affects them in some way.

Like that Doughboy who just crawled out of his tent right above you.

Screaming the APA is not going to allow scabs while they let them in the inner circle and take their dues money. That's the reason people like this will get left at the gate. Doughboy disgusts me and is a hazard and distraction I don't need.

JJ were you one of the Ansett scabs, Wien maybe? Don't worry the APA will weed you boys out.

I can reasonably assume that last line most offended your sensibilities son, but the notion of growing up's still worth at least considering. No matter. Have fun in Fantasyland for so long as you can, and good luck with your life in general. ;) What will happen when "you'se" first figure out that the APA aren't truly devotees to your "righteous" cause, I can only imagine...Why, just the cost in pounded to pieces keyboards alone should be staggering. :)

"Meaningless"????  That is your description.  NOT mine.

Arbitration is meaningful BECAUSE there is a contract.  Without the 2005 TA contract between the consenting parties there would never have been an arbitration. The arbitration occurred as provided for.... because of the contract.  What's your problem?

The terms of that same contract (the 2005 TA) also provided contingencies and stipulations regarding the arbitration award and had the same power and binding nature as the rest of the contract.... remember? ie. The contract that provided for the arbitration in the first place.   What's your problem?

The word "nullity" in the MOU you guys voted for superseded all of the prior agreements.  What's your problem?

"your" problem is that you guys either have no ability to read, or in the alternative you chose to simply have no respect for the contracts.  Either way, you are easy targets for APA.....  if you are lucky the West won't be stuck with their AOL "leaders" representing them on their own merger committee.

The Liberty Ties don't intimidate anyone outside of the PHX crew room.
