THEY DON'T CARE!
That's not the answer I got from the APA rep I spoke with yesterday. They are not concerned with how our seniority list looks. They are washing their hands if this mess you started with the evasion of prior arbitration. How hard is it to understand?

He was also not impressed with USAPA sticking around when AA is the bargaining agent. Bad move.

They care. They are aware. They know the america west group always has been a problem child in the industry. Dragging wages down, working for no benefits.

Funny, I spoke to two this week and they were not impressed with West rants or with what America West(PHX) added to the airline. To paraprhase, they see the biggest blowhards coming from the part of the operation that offers the least in the New American route network.

Not to mention poop in the mail and all the phones calls and videos, plus the scabs, you are so right the APA will take care of them alright.

APA would love to see a Nicolau type award between the 3 groups that puts all their WB Captains and F/Os at the top of the list.

American pilots are aware of the west antics. The Nicolau scheme will be rejected.

Why is this little, irrelevent LLC in North Carolina still sending out uninvited Emails harassing people? Exactly how does the membership in the APA have no effect on being a "member" of usapa?  Did USAPA solicite memberships to their LLC? How on Earth can one be forced to be a member of a little LLC in North Carolina?
